We will definitely call Black Diamond Blinds again for repairs and cleaning. They are reliable and knowledgeable AND he traveled all the way from Black Diamond to Tacoma. The re-visit on the warranty he did following a job in Gig Harbor so he clearly is willing to provide this service to the entire South Sound. I highly recommend them.

I called Integrity Window Coverings and the man I spoke with walked me and my husband through taking the shade down and finding the identifying label from the original purchase.
