We been using this company to clean our gutters and roof. They always have done a wonderful job and made sure our home was clean but unfortunately this time it wasn't that clear on the driveway and debris were still in our backyard. Needed all the windows cleaned at my workplace and we needed them done as soon as possible. Rainier Window & Gutter Cleaning set us up for immediate cleaning the next day! They came out first thing the next morning, explained the process and after a few hours (we had quite a bit of windows to be cleaned), they did a great job making our windows shine again! They were recommended to us by a neighbor who had their roof cleaned. Rainier does not use power washers, they use a brush to clean all the tiles. Depends on who you ask but I was told that power washers shave a few years off your roof every time you use it. They responded to me the same day I called and quoted me. I was scheduled a month afterwards. Came on time and the tech called me when they were done and gave me their assessment of the roof. Unfortunately they found a soft spot on the roof, so now I need a roofer to check. But I appreciate them telling me, last thing I was would be a leaky roof. read more

Sent out requests for pricing to several companies for gutter cleaning. Rainier Window & Gutter Cleaning responded right away and provided a transparent quote without any hidden fees. The cost was competitive compared with the other estimates that I got. The cleaning crew arrived on time and completed the work quickly. They made sure to use a leaf blower and hose down the area below so they didn't leave a mess afterward. As far as COVID protocols are concerned, I just greeted the crew from a distance outside upon their arrival to confirm they were good to go with access around the house. The crew had masks on and they were respectful of social distancing guidelines. According to the telephone representative I called, he had no idea what was going on. Without apologizing, he then attempted to make another appointment for several days later. Fired this company on the spot. Its uncaring and unprofessional conduct is appalling. Please place your faith and trust with another firm. read more

Coordinated the cleaning. Had services performed in accordance with pandemic precautions and social distancing. Received photos of the before and after of the gutter cleaning for 1 gutter and found a roof shingle in my backyard. I didn't know they climb on the roof. Paid for services after completed. Yes, I was out of town but my family was home at the time inside. Emailed company and received no response; in contact with a roofing contractor to inspect my roof and make any associated repairs. Things happen, but at least the technician could have been up front with anything that went rye. I would not use this company again. read more

The office staff are very personable, their communications were great and they arrived when they said they would. The on location staff were also personable and professional. I work from home and they were very respectful to not to cause an interruption as well as being very respectful of my privacy. And the end result was wonderfully clean windows, inside and out. These guys are top-notch. They came to my house on a day when it was raining and still cleaned out our gutters and washed our skylights. The technician really did an excellent job - and that is saying something considering our house is surrounded by pine trees and the amount of pine needles and debris in our gutters was incredible! I have to share our experience today with Rainier Window and Gutter Cleaning. When I called this company last week and left a message that we wanted our roof and gutters cleaned Danielle returned my call and she had already looked up the aerial view of our home so she talked to me about the severity of the roof pitch explaining that without anchors they could clean the gutters but not the roof. She also noticed we had an outbuilding that did need the roof cleaned and although it a very tall building, the roof is not so steep so she explained they could clean that and put down moss retardant. Both Kyle and Aaron showed up this morning right on time! They did an amazing job of cleaning the gutters and the outbuilding roof. They even managed to remove the debris next to the dormers without getting on the roof. We were so impressed with their work!! Their attitude, friendliness and hard work are a definite plus for your company. Oh, and since they were here I also decided to have them clean the second the third story windows!! They did a fabulous job. I will definitely be using their services in the future - so nice to deal with an honest, reliable, hard working company. read more

This was my first year in finding outside help to assist with my home exterior upkeep due to advancing age. I was apprehensive about allowing an "outsider" accomplish what was "my Job". I lucked out. I called several gutter cleaning companies. The local companies never returned my calls. Rainier Gutters did, and it turned out to be a blessing. They were here the next day, and it was rainy, and somewhat breezy. Isaiah arrived on time, and with a smile. He introduced himself, and presented a firm handshake. I walked around the home with him, then left him to his task. My home is in a forested area with Firs, cedars, oaks, and maples. There was a wet mess to be dealt with. A large home with over 4000 SqFt of roof. There was an area on the North side that had mildew growing, and I was able to have Isaiah coordinate with Daniel who then called me with a fair cost to clean that area. The job was done in a very timely manner, and all cleaned areas were like new again. I mean immaculate. The clean up was spot on, and no indications that work had taken place other than the outstanding results. Thank you Rainier Gutters, and Isaiah for a job well done, and treating a client with respect. I look forward to handing over my pressure washing requirements next spring, and my window washing. I was looking for someone to come to my home and clean my roof. I found them through a search app (don't remember what it was). I got a call from Danielle almost immediately. She was very friendly and professional. She asked all the right questions and seemed to know what she was talking about. She told me that they do not use pressure washing because it will damage my roof. I agree with their stand on that. Dave Musgrave, the owner, and Danielle's husband came out with another guy on the day that we had scheduled. It had drizzled earlier that day and Dave said that they couldn't work on the roof because it was too slippery. He told me that they will not be able to brush the moss off and apply powdered moss killer but will instead apply a liquid killer and let the moss die slowly. He re-scheduled because he said that he had to buy the liquid and would like to do it on a sunny day. Danielle called to re-schedule. 3 days before the reschedule date, Dave sent me an email stating that he was concerned about his safety on my slippery roof and backed out of the job. I did not pay him anything so I guess I am ok with him backing out of the job. I am guessing that he really doesn't do roofs, only gutters and windows, but wants to expand his business to roof cleaning. I gave this company 2 stars instead of one because they were nice about it. I just experienced the worst customer service ever from this company. I made an appointment for today to get the moss cleaned off of my roof and gutters. I thought since there were good reviews that this was a good company, but I was sadly mistaken! My appointment was for 11:00 AM today and I had already pre-paid when Danielle called me this morning to tell me they were running late. They eventually showed up at 1:30 PM and then told me that they could not complete the job today and would have to re-schedule because it was getting too late and that it would take two people to clean my roof. I was not happy about this because I had already taken the day off from work. So I called Danielle and expressed my frustration. When I asked her when they could come out to complete the job, she said "you know, we are getting off on the wrong foot here and I think we are not going to do the job for you, you should go with one of your other quotes". I could not believe that she said this to a customer when it was COMPLETELY their fault in the first place. Danielle, you obviously need to learn how to handle an upset client when it is your COMPANIES FAULT! I am going to make sure that I supply everyone in Bonney Lake with my experience so that they do not make the same mistake I did. Now I have to wait 2 weeks longer for another company to clean my roof... thanks a lot! read more
