I contracted Restorx for extensive water damage in my home that involved flood-cutting half of the first floor and removing about a third of the flooring on the floor. They were a great company to work with, and supervisor Alex was prompt at answering all my questions and doing an incredibly thorough job during the initial inspection and quote. The move-out of the affected areas went quickly, and they took great care to label all the storage boxes and didn't break a single thing. Within a day of the go-ahead they were able to start the demolition. Aaron and Travis did the demolition and haul-away work. They were prompt and friendly, and were quick to get clarification for where things should be moved, where barriers should be put up, and handled locking up the house when they were done each day. They went above and beyond with the haul-away, and had an enthusiasm for doing quality work that made itself apparent in the final demo. Cuts were clean and straight, tile that wasn't supposed to be demolished was left perfect. Areas to be replaced by future contractors was clearly marked. Areas with mold and water damage were thoroughly scrubbed and dried. I'd highly recommend Restorx for anyone experiencing a water/mold problem that needs to be taken care of the right way. read more

I was referred to Restorx DKI by my realtor after mold was discovered in our home, when we where installing more vents in the attic. The company that discovered the mold, told me, "this is at least a $10K job, and could be up to $20K after reviewing the rest of the home." After kicking him out, I called Restorx DKI and spoke with Erik. He was completely professional, got an employee (Dan) out to my house the next day (who was extremely professional and thorough), and worked with our homeowners insurance company on getting this fixed ASAP. Our total damage was under $2K, Erik explained in detail the process, and put all the worries my wife and I had to rest, and most importantly, beyond the warranty and quality of work, didn't take advantage of us. These guys are great! I had a tiny tube split while I was gone on vacation. It probably sprayed water for days because the water company said that my water consumption for that time period was up by 6,800 cubic feet. My floors were completely ruined. RestorX of Washington was called by my insurance company and they were here immediately. They packed up my furniture and belongings and kept them in a warehouse safely until everything was done. They ripped out the ruined floors and dried everything. I love my new floors. Ryan S. & Aaron S. just left after bringing back the last of my belongings. They were efficient, friendly, strong and very competent. They even put up with me being picky or changing my mind about where I wanted things. First on the scene... and last! A tree fell through our roof during the February "snopocolypse." They arrived within hours of our insurance calling them and went right to work. The roof was covered with snow, so Barb climbed up with appropriate safety gear, cleared the snow, removed the tree limb, and placed a tarp over the roof to prevent leaks. Next they worked inside to remove insulation, damaged drywall, set up dehumidifiers and blowers to prevent any melting snow from damaging the crawl space. They were always mindful to protect furnishings and prepared the drywall to make it easy for the folks who did the permanent fix. Nest time I'd ask for RestorX DKI to do the entire project. I was especially impressed with the team's attention to safety during their work. I had roof and rain water damage as a result of a wind storm that hit Auburn, Wa. Chubb, my insurance company sent people from Restorx to assess the damage and do mitigation work, and subsequently restoration work. It isn't quite finished yet, but I have been impressed with their work to date. The damage assessment people were here within an hour from my call to Chubb, to see what needed to be done, and the response to doing it was also very quick. While nothing about repairing drywall, insulation, and roofing is pleasant, all of the experts who have come out from Restorx have been impressive in their timely response and courtesy. They seem to have experts at each task, but David the Estimating person and Thomas and Ivan who were here a few times working with temporary repairs were most impressive recently. read more

I am completely disabled and had a flood in my home. The team Ryan S., Kati L, Alex C, Travis C, Aaron S, Megan P, and Michelle. They packaged all of my things with bubble wrap placed everything in boxes labeled with who packed it what shelf the things came from they wrapped the large items with blankets shrink wrap and moved to my garage. When the construction was complete they came back and moved everything back into my home and unpacked it put everything back exactly where it went. Every time I had a question or concern they came to check no matter what time of day it was because I cannot look for myself and my caregivers didn't understand. They are all kind, understanding, compassionate, and made sure I was able to stay in my home. They all went above and beyond. read more

Our fridge malfunctioned and flooded our basement. The restorx team came out and got to work immediately and did a great job in a timely manner. I appreciate the understanding they had for this extremely inconvenient event during the holiday season. I believe the two gentleman that were here the most were Dan and Ryan (not the operations manager) I do hope I got their names correct and the credit goes to the right guys.
