Payment wasn't due to start until 06/20 . 6/ 1 she called my phone and left a voicemail threatening to place a lien on my property . Demanding payment be made that day or she would send the paperwork . I had to pay the company right away and wasn't able to pay my mortgage on time due to her threats. Payment was made and she still sent paperwork to place the lien the day of instead of the next day as was stated per voicemail . Thankfully my mortgage company is willing to work with me unlike this finance department .

Fortunately, 2 Sons Plumbing (who initially came out to fix the plumbing issue) recommended Premier Water Removal for getting things dried out. Joshua was able to come out immediately following the incident (on a Sunday morning, too!), and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I asked a LOT of questions) and thorough in his assessment of the work needing to be done. Shortly after we talked, a team was able to come out and get to work removing cabinets, sealing off the affected area and getting their machines set up. I don't know all the names of the individuals that came out to our house, but I do recall Byron, Kyle, Eric and AJ (I think). Every single person was very professional and friendly. The removal and setup went far more quickly and cleanly than I expected. There were a few follow up visits, but these were always quick and again, they were very open to answer any questions I had. I want to call out that the communication across the company was excellent. The coordination between the estimator, customer service and the cleaning team was frictionless and I was never left hanging wondering what the next steps were. They always showed up promptly in the window provided (and always lead with a heads up call 20 minutes before hand), and always immediately followed up with our next appoint (Heather, on our calls and through email was also always very friendly and helpful). I'm sorry if you're in a situation where you need a water removal company, but I would highly recommend using Premier as it has been a great experience throughout a not-so-great ordeal.

The tile is poorly set, it is not level, the grout is not flush with the tile. Tile was scratched. Some of the new fixtures are scratched. They received the tile in plenty of time, however failed to check the shipment and when it was time for install found the boxes and tile damaged, another delay. My husband had to fix the barn doors that were installed, while doing so, found several broken screws and numerous drill holes. The cross slates were glued on not nailed, they have been replaced twice by us. Didn't fix a joist in the floor, that was on the job list. Called me and demanded final payment when the job was not finished. (didn't pay completely until finished). It was excuse after excuse.

They can hang a shower door crooked.. but then tell you after the fact that they did it to make it plumb to the shower instead of giving you a heads up before doing it. 2. They fixed a hole in the ceiling. And when you call them on it, they come back to fix it with your own materials. 3. First attempt to reattach molding around a closet door and they break it and call it good. Second attempt to fix they cut it short and claim that it dosen't come that long. But strangely the third attempt it came out fine. 4. I had a complaint that the the mixing valve on the shower wasn't getting hot enough, so they kindly set it to scald (Max). When asked if there was an in between, they said yes but left it at max. 5. They brought a dumpster in for the demo of the bathroom and told us if we wanted to, we could put stuff in there but not to go over the lip of it. But then told us it was saposto be for the demo only and they should have charged us for it. My problem with that was if that's the case, I must have gotten a new garbage disposal and been full of all that fast food garbage that was in there too.. 6. They also wanted to charge us work that was not done. 7. The contract stated 2-piece tub but a one piece showed up, so they had to cut a hole in the side of the house and and left the corner uncovered for a day while it rained. In short, if I hadn't have check the work at all times, I would have gotten suckered.

But that wasn't the case with Kanway D & A, When I first called Brandon, he walked me through the whole process, scheduled abatement testing within an hour, provided with an estimate within a day, and provided with all the documents the town requested from them to apply for the demolition permits in a timely manner. Brandon replied to every text and email with a positive attitude, listening to my concerns, and providing solutions. Their team was fantastic! Very communicative, with emails, calls and texts.
