Every part of the house that they needed to access was covered with protective cardboard and plastic, they have done daily tests to check on the humidity levels and have been thorough and consistent in leaving a clean workspace, including HEPA vacuuming before they go. They explained the scope of work clearly, including the need to rebuild the front of the garage and the deck above it to resolve both the structural and waterproofing issues. While their estimate wasn't the lowest, they were transparent about pricing and focused on doing the job properly rather than just a quick patch. Mauro, who led the on-site work, was methodical and took real pride in his craftsmanship. The crew stayed focused on our project instead of jumping between jobs, and they communicated well, always checking in about schedules and making sure things worked on our end. The repaired garage looks brand new. More importantly, it's solid and dry even after several rains. We also had a huge issue with backsplash and it took several attempts to fix it and I am still not 100% happy with how the backsplash came out but we needed to move-in ASAP and settled for an okay job. Lastly, when going through inspection, I noticed paint was stained on our carpet and brand new counters and it was a pain to remove the paint. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars especially because after several attempts to contact them, they have stopped responding even though they said they would come fix their mistakes with the gaps in the floor. They came back and re-sided the chimney, but didn't bother to follow the maunfacturers instructions. I emailed them three times asking them if they were going to address this, and they haven't even taken the time to reply. As the President of our Board of Directors, I'm tasked with doing my best to protect everyone's investment. One way I'll do that is by never hiring these guys again.

While I generally never give five stars because I believe there is always room for improvement, they did a great job and were very respectable towards the house, the items surrounding the house, and overall clean-up. They worked us in at the last minute when another job canceled so we had the work done inside of a week. Our roof was a mess, it didn't look like it had been cleaned since it was installed in 1999. The gutters were black (they are actually white), and there was so much moss on the roof. Now, after their service it looks brand new. The gutters are white, no moss, and they were even able to fix a number of cracked and damaged tiles. My only concern, when we originally reached out to them back at the beginning of the year, we never heard back. The owner did apologize for doing so, and once we started texting him about this new job communication was quick and efficient. Their prices are a bit steep (pun intended) but you do get what you pay for!
