After we ripped up the entire carpeted space and treated it--I wanted info from a professional to see if there was anything else that we needed to do before getting the affected slab ground down and polished. I spoke with several companies who were unhelpful over the phone or charging ridiculous fees just to come out and provide an estimate. Mathew, the owner of Puget Sound Water Rescue was timely in his responsiveness over the Yelp App (on a Sunday afternoon) and ultimately provided us the perspective and information that we needed to determine whether or not professional remediation services were warranted at this point. Ultimately we determined with his help that they were not. Despite the fact that we did not end up hiring (anyone), his knowledge, honesty, and helpfulness were 5 stars worthy. Highly recommend talking to and/or Mathew for your remediation needs!

He did not try to upsell and seemed very transparent in his assessment. A few other water companies had pressured us to start an insurance claim there and then, saying the work would be more than our $5k deductible. Matthew told us that the water was very small and could be dried out with some DIY strategies. He then also looked at another issue we had and provided honest unbiased information about plumbers and contractors. He also provided a lot of small tips to prevent moisture and leaks in the future. I recommend Matthew as your first call and will definitely seek him out for future water damage needs.

It would be my pleasure and honor to sing my praises to Quick Dry and its wonderful Technicians!…read more Over the past six weeks we've been dealing with drying issues stemming from a pipe burst that left our two bathrooms, Guest Room, and Garage flooded and soaked. This left my husband and I in deep stress and helplessness. Quick Dry was quick to respond, bringing in their expertise, guidance, and highly-skilled knowledge to ensure our floors and walls were free from water damage and mold! Every week they would contact me to schedule visits to check on the progress of our dryness level. They never disappointed as they would show up at the time that they were scheduled. And they would work around our us whenever they wanted to schedule a visit. There were times when I was out of town for work and they would be so accommodating to me and my schedule - and their communication was on point!! And not to forget the amazing personalities and respect that they gave me and My Husband. They would come into our house with scrubs on (ant our request) and would be respectful of our property. And all the guys were well-mannered and very respectful - Something small, but impactful! Each and every person who came into our house for visits (there were several) were so polite! I took down as many names as I could, but If I forgot anyone, I do apologize. But some of the names of our technicians were: Mick, Jonathan S, Tyshawn, Genesis, Alexander, Jessie, David, Gavin, Nathan, and Tony. These boys are great representative of the company and our great examples of what great service is. I am thankful for this Company for their professionalism and their commitment to excellence!

After my insurance company denied my claim, I finally realized that I should get another quote. That contractor let me know that not only had Quick Dry not informed me that they would charge daily for the equipment but that the work they were planning which included basically cutting out most of my kitchen ceiling and completely removing my toilet in my upstairs bathroom was unnecessary. Furthermore, after having them remove their equipment they ineffectually tried to get my insurance to pay, threatened a lien, and then asked me for an extra $2400 on top of what I already had given them for no work other than setting up some equipment and then removing it again. I will never work with Bee's Plumbing or Quick Dry again and I recommend no one else does either. I wish I had discovered these reviews first.

After that experience, I question both the company's substantive knowledge and their ethics. First, they used some pressuring tactics to try to get me to sign on for their services right away. They urged me to make a homeowners insurance claim right away, saying that the work would surely be more than my $5k deductible. I asked what if we just took some remediation efforts without a claim, and they said just having a dehumidifier and fan in here for several days would already run $3k so I might as well file the claim. They otherwise would not offer an actual estimate for anything. The next day when they reached out to follow up, I said I didn't think it was worth it to file a claim and be out $5k. They then miraculously said they could do remediation for $2-$3k without a claim. I also had them look at another area of the house where we had some mystery water but was now visibly dry. I thought it came from outside rain. The technician said we had a leak and needed a plumber. I got a plumber in later who removed dry wall to look for the leak. There wasn't one. The plumber seemed really trustworthy and replaced a part just in case and was not $$$. But seemed to badly reflect on Robinson.

He gave us an honest assessment to compare with the insurance adjustor, provided a ton of helpful additional info to two panicked first time homebuyers, and even brought out a dehumidifier for us until we could rent more. He was too booked out to take our mitigation job at the time- and was honest about that which is rare- but checked in with us to see after the fact to see how we were doing. He really does care about people making the best choice in a crappy situation. My whole family works in the building trades and you can just tell when someone is passionate about their work and treats the homes of their customers like it's their own. You can spot transparency and honesty from a sales pitch. Sean is someone I would absolutely trust to work on my home.

I had no idea the amount of damage this caused until they started pulling up the floors, it was really bad and it was determined by my insurance agent that I would need my entire floors throughout the house replaced as well as kitchen cabinets, drywall, etc....I was overwhelmed, but Scott said they not only do water remedy, they can do everything to get my house functioning again including packing out all of my furniture, belongings and my 125 gallon fish tank and storing them while the rebuild took place. They work like a well oiled machine, everything was packed up incredibly well, the work to fix everything was beyond my expectations, their employees are very skilled at what they do and the communication was fantastic throughout. I am so grateful for them and glad my insurance agent recommended them. The water proceeded to run down into our basement damaging insulation and adding a layer of water to the basement floor. Once we were able to stop the water from continuing to flow onto the floors, we immediately called Washington Water Damage. Jeff came out that evening to perform a high level assessment of the damage. The very next morning he had an entire crew at the house and they began the process of recording the damage for our insurance, performing the demo work needed to remove the damaged flooring and preparing the damaged areas for the drying process. I could not be happier with the performance of Jeff's team. They were efficient, clean and extremely professional. They constantly kept my wife and I informed of each step so that we always had a solid understanding of the process and what to expect next. Once Jeff's team had completed the demo and drying process, Mike came directly out to the house to assess the restoration stage of the process. He handled everything from ordering new flooring materials to providing the proper paint for the drywall areas that had to be replaced. Once the materials for the flooring arrived from the manufacturer, Mike's team promptly began their work on the restoration. I was blown away by how quickly the team was able to bring everything back to the way it was. The quality of their work was excellent. The new hardwood floors that were installed looked so much better than they did prior to the damage. The drywall and exposed insulation looks great. They took care to make sure that all of the molding was reinstalled and repainted. Their workmanship really speaks for itself. They even handled most of the paperwork with our homeowner's insurance. The only part they didn't handle was what the insurance required me to complete. I'm very appreciative to the entire Washington Water Damage team for all of their help through this stressful time. I strongly suggest you consider them if you ever find yourself in need of a damage mitigation and restoration service.

Our bids ranged from "replace one wall and rebuild shower" - no joke! Revko Construction took time to crawl inside and out, listened to our desires, and then promptly presented a written bid. We wanted a bathroom that fit the architecture and age of the home. Throughout the process, Ross and partners offered suggestions about design, products, treatments, and guesstimated prices so we could decide what fit out budget and style. Never once did we feel pressured or "cheap" when we were really just trying to be smart and frugal. The Revko team understood. The plumber suggested the toilet and then we did our research and, yes, it was the best and not expensive! The shower door craftsman suggested the trim, top rail (which we did not want at first) and coating suggestion. His patient input and explanation helped us select the right door. The expert tile team - can't say enough good things about them! It is well designed. The custom floor drains perfectly- no puddling anywhere! The re-build of wall, installation of window, new floor, trim, crawl space work and new siding are all well crafted. My husband tends to be a perfectionist, so while at times I felt he was being picky, the Revko team listened, discussed, and followed through as needed on everything. As if all that is not good enough, the first day of work began on the first snow day in November 2022! (See photo). Ross and team out up a tent, took out the wall, replace the wall and beams in crawl space- in freezing weather. They worked around our schedule and were very responsive throughout the repair/rebuild.
