Payment wasn't due to start until 06/20 . 6/ 1 she called my phone and left a voicemail threatening to place a lien on my property . Demanding payment be made that day or she would send the paperwork . I had to pay the company right away and wasn't able to pay my mortgage on time due to her threats. Payment was made and she still sent paperwork to place the lien the day of instead of the next day as was stated per voicemail . Thankfully my mortgage company is willing to work with me unlike this finance department .

The project was to demo 800 square feet of 30 year old tile and install new tile flooring that runs from the large entry way under the front door into the living room of my house. With huge plate glass windows throughout the space. There was also a rainwater drainage issue that needed a solution. All my concerns about the tile layout and sloping for drainage and protecting the big windows were all addressed both upfront and throughout process. This job included removing the old tiles, machine grinding to remove old cement and rebuilding of the cement base outside, putting in a new drainage pipe through a cement frame under a glass wall and then installing the new tile. The end result is a beautiful new tile floor. I highly recommend DJ and his team to handle your home remodel projects.

I believe they have the skill set to do basic repairs and projects. Maybe even more than easy, but it seems when any sort of adversity comes the quality falters. I had a driveway done, which does look nice, but ended up cracking in quite a few places. Not two or three places, but all over. Cracking across the majority of the driveway. I asked about any sort of warranty, having one or two cracks I could've looked past it. When it continued and started cracking all over it got frustrating. Especially when JD came out and looked at the cracks and told me he would ask his concrete guys about a fix. (At this point I was already anticipating he would NOT get back to me, and what do you know. Ghosted.) No communication after that, no attempts to update me on any sort fix. For anyone that reads the reviews. You'll notice the out of country, had an emergency excuse. He used that excuse with me as well after blowing us off for multiple days at a time. Seems fishy. Cheap contractor. Cheap work. Bad customer service. I'd recommend to do your due diligence and get more quotes especially if these guys are your only one. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Thankfully, we all made it out safely, but we stood outside completely horrified and heartbroken, watching our home burn while knowing our two beloved cats were still somewhere inside. While the firefighters were still at our home, I received a phone call from Owen Guape. In the midst of complete chaos, Owen introduced himself in a calm, reassuring voice and simply told me that he could help. I was overwhelmed, distraught, and sobbing, but something about his demeanor gave me enough reassurance to say yes. Within 20 minutes, Owen arrived at our home with water for our family and immediately began offering comfort and support. By 9:00 the next morning, Owen and his team were back at our home, tarping and boarding it up to make sure it was secure. But what I will never forget is that Owen spent hours helping us search for and rescue both of our cats. Miraculously, they were alive, but terrified and hiding. His willingness to stay and help us find them meant more to our family than I could ever put into words. The kindness did not stop there. Owen personally delivered several of my husband's suits after they had been cleaned at their facility so that he would have clothing to wear to work. In the middle of everything we were dealing with, that level of thoughtfulness and personal care meant so much to us. Within days of the fire, several members of the Pacific Northwest Restoration team met me and our insurance company at the house to begin assessing the damage and inventorying both the structure and the contents of our home. They have worked seamlessly with our insurance company throughout the process, which has helped take an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders. On the contents and project management side, I have had the privilege of working closely with Rieley, Lana and Amanda, who have truly been by my side throughout this process. They consistently keep me updated on what their team is working on, explain the next steps, answer my questions, and have even coordinated multiple deliveries of our belongings to the rental home where we will be living while our house is rebuilt. Meanwhile, other members of the team have continued working at our home, removing debris and handling the ongoing cleanup. I often think about what would have happened if I hadn't answered that random phone call in the middle of the night during the scariest experience of my life. I am incredibly grateful that I did. A year later when selling our house they found unrealized damage from that fire. The presure from the fire hoses soaked the plywood and created mold in the attic. The roof was replaced with new plywood in 2019. The insurance would not pay for machines to dry the attic out. They did however pay for new insulation, for Attic and crawl space. A year later Northwest Restoration mitigated the mold at no cost! So we are giving 10 Stars, and recommend them highly!

Two weeks past after their visit with no estimate forthcoming. After a called to remind then, they sent a hugely inflated round number without any details. It was triple the other estimates. Second they came out for the semiannual sewer line check. First visit they couldn't complete the job due to their equipment, then I had to call for them to come out and finish the job. Then they wanted to bill me for both visits. Argumentative and unprofessional. I will not use their services going forward
