After each day, I was checking on them and noticed that equipment was turned off (which should be working all night) and noticed bad smell of Marijuana in my house. Then I noticed broken blinds and dent on my new refrigerator. I called owner (Alex Sitnik) who told me don't worry we will take care of it. After 1 week they sent my insurance bill for 27k which my insurance didn't want to pay, because they overcharged. (They paid 23k) Then I started getting emails from this company asking to pay difference or they will put me on collection, I called Alex Sitnik and he said don't worry, it's just strategy to scare insurance. After a few months I got the same emails again, called Alex and no answer, a few weeks later I got call from collection.... Alex blocked me, My friend who new him called him and he blocked him as well. I Paid $3,500 to collection and never heard from Alex Sitnik again, please don't make my mistake!!!!

If you want to get your walls repainted or light fixtures installed, then I would recommend them. Cons: I wouldn't necessarily recommend flooring as we are having issues where the baseboard does not connect to the floor and there are gaps in places. They are suppose to come fix it but communication has been sparse ever since we paid them (back in August) and to me this is disappointing. We also had a huge issue with backsplash and it took several attempts to fix it and I am still not 100% happy with how the backsplash came out but we needed to move-in ASAP and settled for an okay job. Lastly, when going through inspection, I noticed paint was stained on our carpet and brand new counters and it was a pain to remove the paint. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars especially because after several attempts to contact them, they have stopped responding even though they said they would come fix their mistakes with the gaps in the floor. Unfortunately after I wrote the post below, the Rez Clean employee responded and threatened me, "You should think before you leave reviews like that; remember, I know where you live!", then hung up. Please see attached the photos of 3 follow up pages of text where the Rez Clean employee calls me a liar, makes comments about my medication, etc. I went ahead and made a report to the local police department. ------------------- ORIGINAL POST: I had a cleaning with REZ Clean on 5 May 2022 and it went perfectly. Three professionals came. They were friendly, quick, and stayed on budget. On the same day, I requested that they return today, 23 May 2022 for another follow up service as I am hosting guests from out of town. They completely ghosted me, sad to say. I sent them multiple emails & text messages (please see photos) and no response. I also called them multiple times. Later that afternoon I received a call saying that they had forgotten due to a family event. I absolutely understand family emergencies but ghosting with no response is truly unacceptable for a business. They stated they would be able to come in the in a few days, however, it is already too late. I will be hosting guests. I was able to call another service and they stated they would be able to help me out immediately tomorrow. This is truly unfortunate, as I an immigrant descendant from a family who owned many small businesses, so I always try to support small businesses.

Below is the update: I wrote my original review based on the information I had at the time, but to clarify, the company did not dispose of items without authorization - they *told us* they disposed of items we had specifically discussed should be saved, and then pointed out that we had signed a Release for Disposal of Belongings (which we thought would only apply to items we discussed should be disposed of). In the end, they were mistaken when they told us the items had been disposed of, so for months we were heartbroken about the loss and the company did not respond to our requests to work with us. Ultimately we received the majority of the items back. We now attribute the problems we experienced with Global Asbestos to poor inventorying and chain of custody management, along with poor communication.
