I met my friend on a late Sunday afternoon. The bar area was busy with families from events, and some young children. I was able to scoot into a corner of bar seats waiting on my friend. A short wait for menus and to scour drink menu. I went with pomegranate cosmo, unfortunately it lacked presentation due to shortage of appropriate glassware. Server was apologetic, taste was pleasant but strong and lacking garnish. My friend just ordered a light draft and we ordered Reuben egg rolls to share. Best Reuben egg rolls I have had in the Cuse! Tons of tender corned beef, and just a hint of sauerkraut and Swiss served with thousands island dressing! I ordered an extra for take out for my Irish man at home and short rib tacos. Those did not keep well for take out, more meat and toppings would improve the continuity compared to tortillas. Service excellent, frequently checked upon for refills and food order. Prompt delivery and friendly service! Great place for meetups with a pub sports bar atmosphere. I'm not sure I noticed remanence of the prior press room. Many televisions great for sport events. Menu is simple and pub oriented.

Ordered Delivery which we all know challenges the integrity of the food and yet we were super happy with everything we ordered! PressRoom Pub served us a delicious buffalo wrap, chipotle chicken sandwich and salad. What was most impressive was the seasoning on the fries, both the cajun and garlic parm and the chicken on all 3 items. The chicken was melt in your mouth good in all 3 dishes and that blew us away. The one thing we didn't love was the falafel in the salad, odd flavor and to be fair falafel that sits too long rarely has a chance. And it was just a small portion of it. We are excited to go and sit down at some point. When delivery is this good, usually the sit down is twice as nice! Enjoy!

We went on a whim I will say the service was stellar on point. The salad was lacking everything else was delicious including our drinks . The atmosphere was cool great vibe and seemed to to a moderate amount of business. Plenty of parking and open on a Sunday which is a huge plus so I bay cone again and avoid the side salad.

Always a great time at this pub. Plenty of seating for all. Great big bar. They have a great bar menu as well. Burgers, chicken wings, and some amazing appetizers. Plenty for all. Something for everyone. Also have space for private parties. You have to come check them out.

This place was okay. I give it two stars for the space and atmosphere. This would be a great place to watch an SU game. The food, drinks and service were okay though. I would come by if there was an event. I wouldn't come for dinner again though. I ordered the BLT. It was okay, not the best one I've had. It was super messy and kept falling apart. There was way too much on the super thin roll.

This place is loud and large. They offer heaps of beers on tap and different kind of bar food. I didn't eat anything but their nachos, burgers and fried chicken fingers looked amazing! This is a great place to watch a football game or bring a large crowd or even a date. They have outdoor seating, a few different rooms for progeny events if needed and a parking area. I just came here for drinks. The service was friendly and fast. The vibe is solid and in a location close to other hip places to visit in the city.

1st time at the Pub! We ordered loaded salt potatoes, French onion soup, and a chipotle chicken panini. All dee-lish except for the sweet potato fries! Heard it was their signature thing, but it wasn't for me. Dipped it in their special sauce and it tasted like French toast and syrup. Not dipped they were ok. If you like sweet, this is for you! Just my preference. Everything else was great, and the bartender was spot on. ( Sat at the bar ). We would definitely return. Great atmosphere for watching football on a Sunday! Check em out!

It was a perfect time for a Saturday night....not too busy when we arrived but it was getting full by the time we left. We were on the dining room side and it's quieter than the bar side, which was nice for our dinner. The bar side is so much fun and they have music sometimes. Our server was busy....the outside tables make for lots of running around, but our service was very good. My friend had the Espresso Martini and said it was excellent.... good flavor and nice and creamy. She also really enjoyed her beet salad with a grilled shrimp "add-on". She asked for the oranges to be left off, (she has an allergy) , our server made a note for the kitchen and the salad came out perfect. I ordered the Irish Meatloaf which is made with lamb and beef, it came with potatoes, vegetables a delicious creamy cabbage sauce and brown bread with butter. We were too full to order dessert this time but next time we're going to try the Bailey's Cheesecake!

Live singing was nice (we sat in the back and that was the right volume). Food took awhile to come out. I selected Irish breakfast, while my friends got sandwiches. White pudding: saltier than Ireland. Otherwise reasonable, but definitely wouldn't pass muster across the sea. My friend's champ (mashed potatoes) looked promising, but turned out to be pretty bland. His wife liked the brisket, but the sandwich wasn't served on bread remotely Irish. Ratings: 4 for ambiance, 2 for food, 3.5 for service minus 1 star for the inappropriate hostess. And then she came back and did it again. "Were you on Wi-Fi the whole time?" And slapped me on the shoulder. The manager Alexis was very nice and apologetic about it, but even the beer omitted from the receipt doesn't change the quality of my experience. Sorry. Do not go here.

When I saw an espresso martini and cake pairing, I knew I had to pull the trigger. Met up with some friends and we all ordered food beforehand to offset the impending sugar rush. I'd had their naan pizza in the past and loved it, so this time I went with the one that had caramelized onions and goat cheese. AMAZING. Crispy crust, melty cheese, tangy onions and the perfect amount of everything in every bite. Then onto the main event: the flights! The staff brought over our cake and drinks and were so great about explaining what to pair together. (There was also a card) Desserts were a carrot cake with the most impossibly airy icing, a pistachio cheesecake with chocolate ganache, and a chocolate cake with a light nutella icing. I'm usually a carrot cake girlie and while I enjoyed it, the cheesecake was actually my favorite. Just the perfect pistachio flavor and a wonderful consistency -- so, so smooth. Our waitress told us that the owner is the one that makes all of the desserts too. A multi-talented queen. As far as the martinis, my favorite was the affogato one. These flight-nights are one-off events and the items aren't normally on the menu, so if you see one that looks extra appealing, get yourself there! I've been for normal service too though, and honestly, never have had a misfire here. One thing I especially love is the option to order drinks in 5oz pours, a godsend for lightweights like me. Ambiance, food, drinks, all excellent.

The restaurant itself is still the same, warm and comfortable while holding notable Syracuse history that actually stumped me being a Syracuse native! Our server, Karen was great at explaining the menu and providing nice service. She informed me that several of their burger have been rated the best in the state at various times over the past several years, which was impressive. She also said their chicken wings were pretty highly rated locally, so we started with an order of 6 of the wings with their Dr Pepper BBQ sauce. These wings came out over fried, looking pathetic, and they were dry. The Dr Pepper BBQ sauce had no positive effect or flavor, so I asked for some of their hot wings sauce, which she properly brought. The sauce was great, I wish we would have ordered that instead. It definitely helped the flavor part of the wings, but the texture (plus they were so small) really was a deal breaker for us and we each had one and that was it. Next up was their burger - I got their Beef on Weck Burger. I was worried about the saltiness of the bun, as I find Kimmelweck buns to be way too salty, but she assured me that they get these from a local bakery and they're perfect. So, I ordered it and was VERY HAPPY with it! The bun was insanely good... soft and so flavorful, while hardly salty at all, which was my preference. The roast beef on it was really good and tender. The burger meat was so very tasty and tender - WOW! The entire burger came together perfectly! I got it with a side of poutine fries and those fries were amazing! The Guiness gravy on them was very flavorful! Overall, while we didn't enjoy the wings, the rest of our food and the service definitely made this place a worthwhile visit! I feel like the service and mains far exceeded our expectations, so we can overlook those terrible wings and still give a 5 star review. I'd definitely return!!

The "Burger of the Three Rings" was perfectly cooked temp wise (ordered medium) but the onion rings on top were the standard variety that were greasy and made the whole thing subpar. I opted for a $2 upgrade for sweet potato fries and they had cinnamon/sugar on top (unnecessary in my opinion as a side for a burger). They had standard pub fare that focused on either wraps, 3 burgers, 3 flatbreads, or fried food...not bad; just lacking options with any sort of complexity. I went around noon on a sat, and the server (Erin) was very friendly and attentive. I will go again next time I am in this area to hopefully up my opinion.

Very disappointing experience tonight at Bullfinch Brewpub in Destiny USA…read more Let's start with the food. It took approximately 45 minutes for our meals to arrive, despite the restaurant being maybe 20% full. To make matters worse, we watched our food sit in the open kitchen window for roughly 10 minutes before anyone bothered to bring it to our table. When my burger finally arrived, the bacon was practically raw, and the burger itself was dry as hell. After waiting that long, you would at least expect a decent meal. The service wasn't much better. Throughout our wait, we went extended periods with empty drinks and little attention. We were drinking water and soda, not alcohol, and it certainly felt like keeping those drinks filled wasn't much of a priority. Now, let's talk about Dave, the owner, who was actually on-site tonight. Watching him struggle with something as basic as seating customers was almost comical. Dave, your restaurant was approximately 20% full. You shouldn't have to stand there looking around the dining room trying to figure out where to seat the next party based on which server is up in the rotation. This is Restaurant Management 101. I will give credit where it's due. Our server recognized how painfully slow the kitchen was and, without us even asking, requested a credit on our bill. That saved us $12, and I genuinely appreciate her taking the initiative to acknowledge the poor experience. But here's what really bothers me. When a server has to request a credit because the kitchen can't get food out in a reasonable amount of time, shouldn't that raise a red flag for the owner? Especially when he's physically in the restaurant? You would think Dave would take 30 seconds to walk over, acknowledge the issue, apologize, and make some effort to improve a customer's impression of his business. Instead, nothing. A $12 credit doesn't fix poor food, painfully slow kitchen operations, or a lack of management involvement. I understand restaurants have bad nights, but when your dining room is mostly empty, your food takes 45 minutes, drinks sit empty, and the owner is standing right there, it's hard to make excuses.
