Parking does not seem to be free since there's a security arm that's present once you get a ticket at the entrance of the parking lot. I stopped by this cafe after dropping my rental car off at green motion thats 10-15 min walk away from this location. I got a matcha latte, nonfat milk, and added lavender syrup to it. Service was quick and there's plenty of food and drink options available. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating at the cafe. In addition to that, there's more seating nearby outside the cafe as well. Bathroom is across the cafe inside the building. Would definitely love to visit again if I'm ever in the area because I enjoy the environment. read more

2/27/26 Overrated. But, is it worth it? It took them quite a bit of time to acknowledge me with a very uncomfortable silence. I took off a star just for that. There was just that one customer ahead of me who happened to ask questions that took the staff 's attention for a while. There was nobody else in line besides myself. The barista just stared at me until he realized "oh yes, let me say Hi" I'm big on service it wasn't boding well. The aesthetics was impressive though, I will give them that. The space is small indoors, a good ) sets of tables/chairs to accommodate about a dozen patrons. The pastry shelf boasted a few enticing morsels, limited but interesting selection. When the staff finally was freed from the customer who asked some long questions, she was attentive. I ordered what looked enticing, the S'mores Biscoff. In hindsight, I should've gone with my usual to compare to other coffee shops (hot oat milk latte). I'm thoroughly enamor with the spacious accommodations of their outdoor area. It was a very hot day in February but it was cool outside. There was plenty of tables & chairs, natural greenery & even a waterfall. One could really spend a good afternoon savoring a good cup here. The beverage was so tiny (see photos). For over $9, it sure was stunning (for its stature & content). Stopped by Press and Moka recently and was honestly so impressed. The space feels warm and inviting without being overly trendy. It is comfortable and calm which makes it perfect if you want to relax or get some work done. The coffee was smooth and flavorful without being too sweet. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. Everything came out beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. Service was friendly and welcoming which made the whole experience even better. I had seen this place recently opened up. As I was driving by I. Priced it and decided to make a quick stop before my other errands. They have parking validation for two hours, it's nice and clean. The coffee shop itself is small and cute, and at the time I went it was decorated for Valentine's Day. I ordered the nova lox on an everything bagel and a matcha latte. The lox bagel was delicious and came with a yummy dill cream cheese. The matcha latte was a great afternoon pick-me-up. Service was quick and easy. I've been here a couple times before today. We decided to come today for Newport restaurant week menu. It's a pretty good deal for a drink, sandwich from their list, and two beignets. They do validate parking when you park in their garage for two hours. They have a wide variety of seating outside, only when the weather is nice. Otherwise, there's only a few tables on the inside. I enjoyed that they have several housemaid syrups. You can have your pic of coffee. So I really do enjoy their drinks. As for the sandwich, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on ricotta bread. It was actually more bread than fillings. The chicken I thought was lacking. But it did have good flavors. My friend's avocado toast looked good, but very small for the price. Wanted to try a new place and was really hoping to love this place but was overall disappointed. The only upside is the cute outdoor area. Got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk ($1 extra for oat milk feels criminal). The oat milk was so overpowering I couldn't even taste the espresso - $7.50 for a super lacking drink. I went back to tell them and the girl working said they recently changed their oat milk and agreed that it wasn't very good. I had them make me a different drink and got a hot mocha. I have been here about 10+ times now and finally reviewing. First service at press and moka is amazing because staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is located by a huge office and there can be a ton of people coming in and out, but it's still a great place to work. Now that said, besides service and ambiance, of course most important is the coffee and food. Let's just say press and moka have never disappointed me. I love coming back time and time again for my most famous order, a strawberry matcha and their lox bagel. Lox bagel: I have been to so many places and have ordered a lox bagel, but it's crazy that my favorite is at this small shop. Maybe it's the Persian cucumbers they add or the freshly squeezed lemon, or where they source their salmon, but sometimes when I consider not getting one, I just have tooo. It's a really awesome fast meal that entices me each time. Strawberry matcha: I am a fan of their strawberry matcha and I know they use quality matcha. That said, I am unsure where the strawberry flavor component comes from (syrup, powder). It's good and not overly sweet or concentrated so I am a fan of that, but it's definitely not a strawberry marmalade or natural strawberry. This coffee shop is more of a coffee stop, with some limited indoor seating and a menu with a variety of items ranging from drinks, sandwiches, crepes, and more. I found them on Yelp and really liked their outdoor seating space so my colleague and I decided to swing by and cowork here. I really liked that they had seasonal drinks to choose from, in additional to their regular menu. I opted for the Dubai coffee, which had a strong mocha taste and a weak pistachio taste. Overall the coffee was good, but lacking the pistachio to make it more Dubai chocolate-y. There's free wifi and 2 hour parking validation if you choose to park in the structure. With the wifi, you'd have to sit pretty close to the coffee house in order to connect so you're limited on how far you can sit within the outside seating. I got a cold brew with sugar-free vanilla syrup. I thought the cold brew itself had a funky flavor that I couldn't quite identify. It was a hot day and my ice melted very quickly. I asked what beans they used for the cold brew, and she said that it was a light medium roast from the Italian brand café Vergnano. my friend got a dirty chai latte with almond milk. She enjoyed it. it was on the pricier side. They offered two sizes. They accepted contactless payment. The up charge for syrup was a dollar. the barista was very friendly and helpful. She told us that there was an art gallery right across and that we should check it out and me and my friend did we made various small talk as well. the service was relatively quick. i noticed that the menu had a lot of very creative drinks, me and my friend had a laugh because we've never heard of a flat brown! there was minimal seating inside and it was a very small interior, but there were some nice outdoor areas to sit. I saw some flyers that they have live music events hosted outside. there were some small and simple decorations but nothing major. There was no restroom in the building, but there was one around the corner. They validate parking overall I was disappointed in the flavor of my coffee, but I had a good experience with the service and my friend enjoyed her . It was a good rendition of a classic salad from Nice. Lastly, the tea was very good. I don't believe I have had this flavor before. The only downside to the food & drink, was the pricing. The three items were $20 pre-tax and tip. I don't generally spend that much in a casual place. Regarding the ambiance, there is a couple of tables inside, but most of the seating is outside communal seating shared w/ a nearby building. My cuz's son was playing outside, but unfortunately it was cool that day. I should have brought a jacket. The staff were very nice & friendly. The food took a while, but I wasn't in a rush. I hung out for a few hours listening to the music. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but all in all, it was a positive experience.
