Unfortunately, even after bringing it up, I continued waiting while other customers' drinks were being made, including remaking a drink for someone who had just walked in. By the time I got my refund sorted out, the whole situation took around 30 minutes total. I understand mistakes happen, and I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be any urgency after realizing I had already been waiting so long. Without the promo, it is a bit pricey but I think pricing is done more to account for the convenience of the residents and their guests. The store itself is a bit small and if people are sitting inside, you have to wiggle your way around to get to the order kiosk and pickup area.
