So I decided to search outside the area where I live, and that's how I ended up finding this place. The funny part is that I had actually been wanting to visit this coffee shop because I saw their "Fun Flight" menu and thought it looked so interesting. But when I searched this time, I was actually looking for a real coffee roaster and ended up here without even realizing it was the same place. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces. There are also other shops around, so I don't think parking would be much of an issue. The coffee shop itself was clean, bright, and nice and cool inside. I noticed one of the employees carefully cleaning the glass, and they kept wiping down empty tables and windows throughout the time I was there. Honestly, I've rarely seen someone cleaning so consistently at a coffee shop, and I really appreciated it. It made me feel like they genuinely care about cleanliness. Since it was already afternoon, I wanted something decaf, so I asked if they roast their own decaf coffee. They told me that they roast everything themselves, which immediately gave me more confidence in the coffee. I ordered a flat white and sat down, but then I realized I had completely forgotten to say "iced." Sure enough, I saw the employee making a hot drink. Well... that's totally on me! Soon my coffee came out with a beautiful latte art on top. And then I took my first sip... Oh my goodness. This is GOOD coffee! There was a slight acidity at first, but as I kept drinking, the acidity faded and I was left with a smooth, nutty, creamy latte flavor. I personally prefer medium roasts over dark roasts, and this roast was exactly my kind of coffee. Now I'm suddenly very curious about their matcha, too. I also liked that the overall pricing wasn't too expensive. The Wi-Fi did seem a little slow at times, but it wasn't slow enough to really bother me. And now I'm still sitting here debating whether I should order the matcha latte... The coffee was definitely delicious, and I already know I'll be coming back. I ordered the Breakfast Sliders and Einspanner Matcha. If you're coming here hoping for a Community Goods alternative, I don't think it quite lives up to that comparison. The Einspanner Matcha was very milk and cream-forward. Even in the photo, you can see that most of the drink is milk and cream with a relatively small layer of matcha in between. It's unfortunate because the matcha itself actually had a good flavor, and I think a stronger ratio of matcha to milk and cream would have made the drink much better. The Breakfast Sliders had good flavor as well, but the buns were toasted far too much during my visit. The edges were so crispy that they practically fell apart as I ate them. The idea is definitely there, but I would have preferred a much softer and fluffier bun, especially for this style of breakfast slider. Community Goods is a pretty high standard for me, so I don't necessarily expect another cafe to replicate it. Even judging Inc Coffee Roasters on its own, though, neither item was particularly memorable for me. It's not a bad option if you're already in the area and want a quick drink or bite, but there are a few things I think could be improved before I'd go out of my way to come back.

As they were chatting I heard her say "I ain't got time for cold brew" and look directly at me. Then they split up and she went to stand at the other end of the counter while the 2 people she was chatting with came behind the counter and started sharing pictures or whatever. There were plenty of seats to choose from chairs to sofas. Lots of choices! The parking is really easy and there was a steady stream of customers from the morning. Service - no complaints! The two gal who were working were great. Coffee - I tried their vanilla latte and I was a bit underwhelmed. It was very diluted. I think they make their espresso drinks by pouring the freshly pulled shot straight into the ice cup. We also got a chocolate milk so it tasted fine. I would come back after going to Starbucks.

This one was a miss for us, definitely. This was pretty bland and just didn't compare to the deliciousness of the pork sandwich. Our sides were good, which included french fries, and roasted cauliflower. The portions are pretty small for the price point of the food. We'd probably stop by again to try other items if we were in the area.
