Delicious drinks and friendly staff ! If you don't like it they will remake it free!

When I walked into this coffee shop, it seemed like a very spacious and clean place to enjoy your Matcha or coffee. This is a very nice hang out if you wanna catch up with friends or do some work at your computer the staff is extremely friendly and they told me that two locations will be opening soon in Irvine. My drinks were exceptional. I always order the mintMojito iced coffee and it never disappoints.

First time at this location and I'm loving the vibes. It's very bright and welcoming. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with the questions. They have so many delicious drinks and creative too! I highly recommend checking out Philz Coffee!

Came in here to try the new matcha series. I got a strawberry matcha and it was delicious! I was able to modify my drink to be less sweet, just perfect. This store always has friendly staff members, they always make sure that the drink is made to your liking. I am excited to try the other menu items! Also the store is nice inside you can come here to chill with friends or work and study.

Tried 3 summer drinks and they were all good. Customer service was friendly and fast. Some inside seating. Clean place. Would go back and try other drinks.

I'm a huge fan of Philz and I loved this location! I was there on a Monday around 2:30 p.m and there was no one there. The place was super clean and inviting. I ordered my favorite, the iced mint mojito, sweet and creamy. My order was ready pretty quickly and I was so impressed with my drink! You can tell that they really took their time to make it look and taste amazing. It was actually the best iced mint mojito I've ever had at a Philz. Unfortunately, at other locations, there have been times where it doesn't taste the same or doesn't look as nice. This one was perfectly made and the presentation was beautiful. 10/10 :) The lady who made my drink was also super welcoming and kind. Wonderful customer service. I loved this location and would definitely come back!

When our daughter is in town, she always wants Philz Coffee. It's in a great corner spot surrounded by a bunch of other great food places. Everyone is so friendly as soon as you enter. The order taker was very helpful and made sure we ordered our coffee exactly how we wanted it. When picking up the coffee they asked us to taste them to make sure they made them perfectly. This is such a great touch that I have not seen any other coffee shop ask. We all loved our drinks, especially the seasonal tiramisu latte. We will be back before our daughter visits again.

My usual is the iced mint mojito... but wow their tiramisu blows my mind!!! Everytime I think of Philz, that is the drink I think of. I wish there was a closer location for me!

Philz is one of the better coffee chains out there, so we do make the trip down to this location from Irvine every couple weeks. I think we've been here at least 20 times already, and without fail, the staff have always been friendly and helpful! Always a clean and cozy environment too - great way to kick off our weekend. If you're unfamiliar with how to order at Philz, they have a bit of a different menu. You choose one of their bean types and then ask for sweetness and cream level. For example, I go for Philharmonic, medium sugar, medium cream. You really can't go wrong with most of their options. They also have these flavored drinks (i.e., Mint Mojito), but I tend to find these either too sweet or lacking flavor if you get it less sweet. But hey, to each their own! Also, I have no idea why, but their burritos are amazing: perfect size for 1 person, not too heavy, great flavor.

1st time at Philz Coffee! It was recommended to us by some friends. It is a cool little coffee place in Mission Viejo. Some inside and outside seating available. Staff were super kind, patient, and helpful as we were trying to decide what to try on our first visit. I ended up getting the Honey Haze ice coffee and our friend grabbed the Iced Mint Mojito. Excellent flavors. I tried to sip as slowly as possible lol. Definitely a place worth checking out!

Cute little coffee shop with a very creative menu. The staff was great and helped us customize our drinks since it was our first time there. Lots of tables in front of the Cafe so you can enjoy your drinks out on the patio.

I love this Philz location! THE MOOD: This Philz is in a great plaza! It's located right in the same plaza as some of my favorite places - Target, The Taco Stand, and Mendocino Farms - also right across from Five Guys. It's also conveniently located off of the freeway. That means more excuses for me to be in this plaza and to pick up my favorite coffee. :) There's tables on the inside and also on the outside patio. I don't think I've ever gone in and had trouble finding a place to sit. The overall vibe is friendly, inviting, and relaxed. THE FOOD (AND COFFEE): Every time I've gotten coffee here (and most recently food), it has not disappointed. My go to coffee order: -Philtered Soul (Hazelnut flavoring, maple, and caramel) -Creamy -Medium sweetness -Iced -Large I've also gotten the chocolate croissant and breakfast burrito - both were great. THE 'TUDE: I think what really wins me over is the great service and attitude at this Philz. Everyone is happy and super helpful, which makes my coffee experience even better. OVERALL: Great location, coffee (and food), and service - I'll definitely be back!

This was only maybe my second time at Philz Coffee, and my first time at this location. The center has plenty of parking and inside there are a few tables where people were either chatting away or working on a laptop. Thr line moved quickly and my sister and I tried the new Tiramisu holiday drink. It was so delicious and full of flavor. The employees were extremely kind and even asked if everything tasted good incase they needed to make it better. I would highly recommend coming to this location.

One thing I love is that everything is freshly made in-house, and they have a nice variety of sweet and savory options. I tried their pumpkin spice latte and mini pumpkin pie, which were perfect for the fall season. For brunch, we got the Little France Club and French toast. We also sampled several of their pastries, including the hazelnut croissant roll, almond croissant, lemon macaron, and raspberry macaron. There's a little bit of everything here, whether you're stopping by for coffee and a pastry or sitting down for a brunch date. There were about four tables outside, and when I walked in, there were two display cases. One had beautiful, fancy-looking mini mousse desserts arranged so nicely, and the other was filled with different kinds of pastries. I really wanted a classic butter croissant, so I got one of those, an almond croissant, and an Americano to have with them. One thing that surprised me when I checked out was the price. A medium Americano was $6.50, the regular pastries were around $6 each, and the almond pastry was over $7. The prices felt pretty similar to what you might pay for pastries in France. At least they didn't ask for a tip when I paid, so I figured the higher prices probably already included some of that, which made me feel a little better about it. I went outside to sit down, but unfortunately, none of the tables had been cleaned or cleared yet. The empty tables were also sitting directly in the sun, so they were way too hot to sit at. (You all know how hot the weather has been in Orange County lately, right? ) I went back inside and asked if they could open one of the umbrellas, and they immediately came out, opened it for me, and I was able to sit down. I appreciated how quickly they helped. Now, about the croissants... I had pretty high expectations for the butter croissant because I had driven 20 minutes specifically because I wanted a really good one. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I had imagined or hoped for, so I was a little disappointed. The almond croissant was also much too sweet for my taste, and the center had a somewhat dense, doughy texture, so I couldn't finish it. There is a croissant I've had before that was **SO incredibly good**, and I've been searching for that perfect croissant ever since. I haven't found it yet. And honestly, the Americano was probably even more disappointing because of the price. At $6.50, I was expecting something special, but to me, it tasted pretty much like the $2 Americano I could get at a neighborhood donut shop. Maybe that's why the price bothered me even more. That said, I would still like to try the mini mousse desserts. They looked beautiful and definitely caught my attention. So maybe I'll come back another time and give those a try. I guess the search for my *perfect croissant* continues!

All are welcome - you don't need to be a golfer. My waitress was Laurrie, who was very attentive and sweet. She knows how to make a diner feel comfortable and welcome. The coffee was good, solid, but nothing out of the ordinary. The smokey bacon (4 strips) was fantastic, hitting that sweet spot of being partly crisp and partly chewy. The pain perdu was up with the best; vanilla-battered thick-cut challah bread with strawberries. The thick, pillowy bread is what made it great. Each slice looked chunky but was so soft and easily soaked up the syrup like a sponge. The sliced strawberries were vibrant with the perfect texture and flavor you hope for. I ordered the California tuna melt, my wife ordered the Cheeseburger, and our friend ordered the BLTA sandwich.... each with a choice of their houses fries or chips. Ooooh, such a hard choice as we love both... so we ordered some of both. The tuna melt was really good....took me a bit by surprise with chopped pickled jalapeños, but it definitely gave a nice punch and heat to a usually pretty simple flavor. And as for those house chips...yummee! Very addictive. Everybody else really enjoyed their orders too, but then again, coming here was all about the entire experience of great views, a peaceful, relaxing, uncrowded atmosphere to enjoy great company with good friends.... and very good service. I'm now a huge fan of this place and will definitely be back. In fact, I'd consider this place a hidden gem that, thankfully, I think not many people know about yet..... hope it stays this way :)

Obviously delivery adds some extra cost, but even taking that into consideration, I was left feeling like it was a little too expensive for what I received. The food is honestly what pushes this up to 4 stars for me because it tasted genuinely good. Otherwise, based on the value alone, I probably would have landed closer to 3 stars.
