Make sure to get an invoice at the time of service - didn't do the job they were hired to do. Didn't provide me an invoice and never returned my multiple contacts to reach them via calls/ voicemail, email, or texts. Ghosted me. In June I contacted Premier to do some root Eradications and level my small dirt patch. There is an invasive Tree of Heaven growing in one of the planters I needed the root system completely removed. I got in touch with Sal who came over same day for an estimate. I was good with cost and timing he quoted and work needed is not too complicated. I went with his bid and his crew would be coming the following Saturday. Crew arrived on time, ready to go. Sal came by shortly after and upsold me on removal of some ivy. Not a problem there, I was agreeable to that. Crew starts and is done in about 3 hours. One of the crew members asks me for the payment, I ask him for the invoice to which he says I will need to get that from Sal who is long gone. So I give the check. My fault there for not insisting for an invoice then but there are 4 men in my backyard waiting on me. He told me they could only go so far because of rocks and concrete in the planters? Everything looks clean and nice at that moment, but I did feel upset Sal didn't return to check to see it was finished or provide me with proper billing. One Month later- the Trees of Heave return. I start digging with my bare hands to see how deep the roots are- i was able to pull back the root with 2 digs of my hands - with ease. There I saw a large root stump still thriving. They didn't Eradicate the roots- which is what they were hired to do! They never said they didnt complete the job or that the roots would still be there. They basically pruned off the big stems, shoveled around dirt, and clean up and took the whole fee. This was so disappointing because I specifically went with an arborist to rid of this problem for good. I thought there would be a degree of professionalism that wasn't there. I would of happily paid more if that was what was needed to finish the job completely. I reached out to Sal to get a copy of that invoice needed for my financial records and fillings - no response. I didn't even mention the work quality or being unhappy, just if he could email or mail me a copy please. Nothing! We agreed to have him do the job. He told us his next availability would be within a few days, and that he would contact us when it is time.
