One outright said no because of our 30 degree 1/4 acre slope that needed clearing in addition to our giant eucalyptus trees. Sals' price was extremely fair for this intense job and actually better than his competitors. His large team and trucks arrived at our property promptly when they promised to. His team was very well groomed and wearing the appropriate safety attire for this extreme job. The process was very easy - I provided pictures of the two trees we needed trimmed and Sal provided an estimate. My wife had previously contacted another company she learned about through Next Door. They gave a comparable quote, but failed to show up - twice! Premier was great - if anything I was the flake because I didn't have notifications set up correctly on Yelp - tech genius I'm apparently not. When I finally saw their message I was a day later than they said they could come out. Despite my being so late to respond they were able to get a crew out that same day - I realize that was a bit of luck on my part but the fact they were willing to accommodate me after I was so unresponsive initially was fantastic. I put my request on yelp yesterday at noon. Sal was the first to call me back and within two hours came out and gave me an estimate. He told me they could be out in the morning to remove the trees. They showed up on time and OMG!! These guys are AMAZING PROFESSIONALS! I cannot believe that in a little over an hour they removed three queen palm trees that were two stories high. They didn't damage not one plant or anything around the trees (and there was a lot of huge plants and patio furniture, awning etc so it was not easy). It was like MAGIC! I would like to thank Sal and his team for their assistance with the tree cutting. The team did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. The guy with the chain saw was awesome. They took the trees down without a leaf falling in my neighbors swimming pool. They returned to fix all the sprinklers and lights from the grinding. Only recommendation I would give is to maybe use a wheel barrow or something to get the branches to the machine for shedding. We are still trying to remove the stains on our concrete and get the brown and white landscaping stones back in the right section.
