From the moment I walked into the location I was greeted by two gentlman who were readily available to assist me with my needs. As I approached DAVID, he greeted me with a smile early in the morning although I was extremely tired from working as a nurse the night before. I inquired about receiving an EMISSIONS test. He gathered all of my information ( INsurance card) and proceeded to provide an approximate time frame of 45 minutes. Now this was impressive to me because when you enter an establishment clearly in a work uniform it means I am going to work or coming from work. The mere fact he provided me with an estimated time shows he VALUES TIME. I accepted the estimated time frame and provided my keys. He offered me to have a seat in the waiting area and guided me to the refreshment area. I was so sleepy I sat down in those nice comfortable chairs and fell asleep. Literally before the 45 minutes I believe he was done and my car was parked near the front door so I can walk out and right to my car. You talk about service with a smile is an understatement. I am so looking forward to making sure I keep this location in mind for my car needs as well as referring them to others. Then I thought things could get no better than I receive a text from CHRIS the owner who thanked me for choosing them for my services and coming back if I needed more help. This is surely how you keep customers and welcome them into the AUTO FAMILY. The lobby is very nostalgic, clean and smells good to say it is a body shop.

We were on our way to the airport IAH when the driver in front of us swerved. He did that because he was avoiding a large rock in the road. Unfortunately that left us no time to do the same, and we ran our front left tire over the rock. We knew that it was bad immediately, and within a few seconds the tire pressure gage read 15 pounds and was going down. We quickly got to the exit lane and got off the freeway. We went under the freeway and pulled into a parking lot just as the pressure read 3lbs. We decided to call First Tire and see what they could do. Basically they told us to come in and we'd figure it out. We ubered back to our house, and with the car keys for the stranded car we drove to First Tire. We told Axel what happened and where the car was and he told me that they'd figure it out and call me. By the time we got to the airport, they had driven over to the car, put on the spare and drove it back. They called me to let me know about tire choices and they completed the repair along with a needed alignment that day. We let the car stay with them till we returned. They charged me for the new tire and alignment. This is what customer service is about. Instead of being nervous and focused on our broken car during our vacation, we knew everything was fine. It's always been a pleasure doing business with First Tire, and this just reinforces that opinion.

Almost all cars are black around window frame. I dropped my car off and my car came back with my exhaust destroyed. The exhaust all the way to the headers were bent. The car has paint drips everywhere and missing so many spots. No one here takes accountability for anything and try's to put the blame on you instead.
