None of the technicians were wearing foot coverings or company uniforms, despite your response claiming otherwise. The photos clearly show this. Also, the issue was never that the bed was "blocking access." There was more than enough room to either move the bed properly, ask if a ladder was available, or simply arrive with the correct equipment in the first place. Using a customer's bed as a tool was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Pros: The two gentlemen were very nice and I was happy to have my ducts cleaned. They tried to get a baby shoe that was dropped down a vent during a renovation AND tried to trouble shoot a vent that wasn't working, which I appreciated. We did notice that one of our kids quit sneezing constantly after they were cleaned. Cons: One of the gentlemen banged a large piece of equipment into a couple of my walls leaving marks and dropped a heavy machine down our stairs that also scuffed up that wall. "Quick Response, Great Service." Well, my rain gutters were pretty clogged up. In fact, plants and trees were growing in them. Well okay, perhaps not trees, but little plants anyway. Like a really skinny compost pile. There was so much debris in the gutters, I was thinking of growing melons in them. I figured they would get a lot of sun up there. On the other hand, I didn't know how I would get them down at harvest time. I'm pretty sure they would not fit in the downspouts. So I sadly concluded that I must get the junk out of the rain gutters. Oh well. When I asked for a quote, the owner responded in just a few minutes. Wow that's what I call great service. The crew arrived at the specified time and within 45 minutes, my rain gutters were all cleaned out. The gutters look great now, but I'm a little disappointed that I had to abandon my gutter garden. After trying to clean the dryer vent myself. The first time it seem to go well. Fast forward to 3 months ago we purchased a new washer and dryer and I decided to clean the dryer vent again.
