I cannot say enough great things about this company. Monday our HVAC unit was blowing air but not…read morecold air. Called Loves and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Nathan showed up and was amazing! Unfortunately our system was not so great and basically died completely. Nathan tried everything he could but the situation was out of his hands. He quickly called the office and within an hour had Zia at our home to talk new systems. We were not expecting to need to purchase a new system and were pretty short on time, but Zia was amazing and explained everything in a quick manner. He answered all questions we had, and found the right system for us. Zia worked so fast that he was able to secure us an installation date for Friday of that week and not make us late to pick up our kids from school. Since we had to replace our roof last October, I had questions about how to not compromise our roof warranty with this work being done. Zia was once again amazing and did everything he could to explain everything and even 3-way called me and their roofing company so that I felt confident in what was going to be done. Today (Friday) Timothy and his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Took about 6-7 hours to take down and install. Cleaned up really nicely and answered all questions we had. Even a silly question I had about filters. Overall this experience was as easy as possible considering the situation. Let's face it, replacing an HVAC unit is not cheap by any means, but Nathan, Zia and Timothy's crew really helped make this unfortunate situation a little easier. Thank you Loves Air!

Review for DHA Mechanical…read more I hired DHA Mechanical for an HVAC system evaluation. The diagnostic fee was $525 -- which felt high compared to other companies I spoke with, but to be fair, the technician spent over two hours on-site and provided a detailed report. The cost seemed tied to time and expertise, not just a flat service fee. I spoke with Paul afterward (likely the owner), and he was clearly knowledgeable, especially about zoning and more complex HVAC setups. If you're looking for a high-end, white-glove install, DHA might be a good fit. That said, there were a few misses. The attic access cover wasn't put back after the evaluation. Paul acknowledged the oversight as a simple mistake, but no one returned to address it until a day or two later, despite me notifying them promptly. More importantly, the system replacement bid I received wasn't competitive -- significantly higher than other reputable proposals -- which made the upfront diagnostic feel like a sunk cost rather than a step toward a practical solution. Bottom line: DHA brings solid technical know-how, but expect premium pricing. Clarify what your evaluation includes up front -- and keep shopping if cost is a key factor.

None of the technicians were wearing foot coverings or company uniforms, despite your response…read moreclaiming otherwise. The photos clearly show this. Also, the issue was never that the bed was "blocking access." There was more than enough room to either move the bed properly, ask if a ladder was available, or simply arrive with the correct equipment in the first place. Using a customer's bed as a tool was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Professionalism is not just about completing a job it's also about respecting someone's home, cleanliness, and basic courtesy while inside it.
