Eric (Thomas E.), who handled the communication, was super responsive and quick to schedule the appointment. They even went above and beyond and moved the visit one day earlier because we have kids and need the dryer running. The guys who came were amazing! They removed the stuck brush super quickly, cleaned the duct, and inspected ALL the air ducts in the house, including measuring the airflow power. They even checked the AC and furnace upstairs. They cleaned everything up after themselves and even replaced the dryer air duct hose for free. Honestly, amazing service - that's all I can say. Definitely recommend!

I contacted a few companies and ultimately chose to go w/ Vagif - his pricing was a bit more expensive than the competition, but the quality of his work was well worth it. He provided materials and took a # of extra steps to ensure the job was done well (took the lint catcher apart, hand scrubbed the screen, etc.). Beyond this service, Vagif is also an incredibly talented handyman - he fixed our sticky deadbolt, stubborn slider, and small gutter issue while onsite. He'll travel anywhere in the Bay and is capable of solving most issues day of. Nice, trust worthy guy who's # you should save as an Emergency Contact! Would recommend a 1000 times over, thank you!
