I submitted a request for quote and Vagif responded within 10 min (late on a sunday night), called me, and set up an appointment for the next morning. He took his time explaining the different things he could do for me on top of just cleaning the vent. He actually was able to take the machine apart, clean out the inside, and identified where the smell was coming from. Wires on the internals were covered in dust and burning! This was a fire hazard and something a standard duct clean would ignore. We negotiated a fair price and the work was done in the background in about 2 hours.
