We contacted Joey to clean our dryer vent. Communication was seamless through Yelp. Joey was able to schedule us within a few days of reaching out and was very flexible with timing. He arrived promptly and gave a heads-up when he was on the way, which I appreciated. He was respectful of our home and wore shoe covers. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain his findings and walked us through everything clearly. Pricing was fair for the quality of service provided. I would definitely recommend him. read more

I want to share my recent experience with a dryer vent cleaning service provider (Joey) to help other homeowners in Communication Hills avoid a similar situation. Before scheduling the service, I specifically confirmed with Joey that he would be able to provide an invoice meeting HOA requirements. He assured me that he had worked on several homes in Communication Hills and was familiar with what the HOA requires. After completing the service, he requested cash payment, which I provided. However, I did not receive an invoice until I followed up a few days later. The document he eventually sent was a basic Square receipt that did not include key required details such as: - Property address where the service was performed - Company name and contact information - Description of the service provided As a result, the HOA declined the submission and did not grant the cleaning credit. When I reached out to Joey to explain that this was an HOA requirement--not a personal preference--he became frustrated and stated that this is the only receipt he provides and that he has never had issues before. He also mentioned he would not invest in tools to generate a more detailed invoice. To clarify, I was not asking for anything complex--just a standard invoice with basic business and service details. It has now been over a month, and I still do not have a compliant invoice. Meanwhile, the HOA has issued penalties for failure to provide proof of service. I am now out $175 and will need to hire another company to redo the service and obtain proper documentation. I'm sharing this so other Communication Hills homeowners are aware: if your HOA requires a detailed invoice, please ensure your service provider can supply one before proceeding with the work. read more

Great communication! Fair price! I do want to say that he offered camera footage of the blockage that we had in our air vent proceeded to clean it out then showed us that it had been cleaned, exceptional service! And he offers a 30 day guarantee! read more

Love Joey...love love love him. I've hired him twice and he charges a reasonable rate for cleaning the lint out of my dryer. Apparently I have a 22' vent to the outside. He's easy to get ahold of, and I can get an appointment quickly. It cuts down on the lint rage my husband gets. He also is awesome at diagnosing things, and suggested I replace the accordion vent from the wall to the dryer so it can be pushed back farther towards the wall, and it was an easy decision. Hire Joey when you need the lint cleaned out of your dryer. Do it regularly. Your home with thank you and the lint monster is kept at bay. read more

Joey is absolutely fantastic! When my dryer vent was clogged and not blowing hot air, he came the very next day and fixed it quickly. He even gave me helpful tips on how to maintain the dryer. On top of that, he inspected my washer for free, noticed mildew in the filter, and came back the next day to replace it. What really stood out was his honesty and sincerity--he accidentally overcharged me for the dryer service and immediately told me when he realized it. I would have never known otherwise! My in-laws were complaining about their dryer not drying anymore. So we bought them a new one. When I removed the old one. I knew exactly what was wrong. So I asked around and was referred to Joey. His business says 24/7, and unlike other companies that have the 24/7 only to be an automated voicemail. Joey answered on a Sunday afternoon..... how's Monday? I initially thought next next week. Surely not tomorrow. So I asked like tomorrow Monday? He said yes. The next day He texted that he could get their earlier than our scheduled time. But unfortunately, i could not get out of work at that time. Very personable, polite, and professional. If you haven't cleaned your dryer vent. Or your dryer isn't drying. Give Joey a call. Don't go buy a new dryer just yet. It might just need a good cleaning. read more

Joey has helped us clean out our dryer vent three times now over the last few years. Each time we've used him he's been easy to communicate with, had availability quickly within a few days, showed up on time, and completed the service quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Our home is a bit of a tricky setup with a very long vent that includes a right angle turn, and he's always been able to clear out the clogs successfully. Highly recommended! read more

I was recommended by Global Heating and Cooling Service for dryer vent cleaning. Joey was very responsive and efficient during the entire cleaning process. The quote was reasonable. We actually found the dryer pipe already broken when pulling the machine out, so he immediately replaced it and offered a solution. The dryer now is in a safer position for the pipes.
