From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. What really stood out to me was that he remembered me, remembered the glasses I had picked out, and even knew the details of my insurance plan. That level of attention and customer care is rare these days. He personally helped me find the right pair of glasses and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, this was one of the best vision care experiences I've ever had. Visionworks is lucky to have someone like him on their team. If anything, he deserves a promotion to an area manager because he clearly goes above and beyond for customers.

For comparison, the man at the CH location sat down with me and adjusted the temples on my initial pair until they sat correctly. I'm going to stick with the CH location.

The staff, from the time I arrived to choosing a new frame, to seeing the ophthalmologist were all friendly and professional and Dr Maboudi was wonderful. The office is on the second level inside a Sutter Medical building. There weren't a lot of patients that day, it was pleasantly quiet. I had to repeatedly ask questions on my own and eventually had to go to the front desk for help. Another staff member tried to assist me, but I felt this should have been handled by the optician. I even requested a different optician, but none were available, so I was sent back to Michelle, which made the interaction uncomfortable. After my visit, I completed a survey and requested follow-up. The office manager did call me, but no resolution was offered. Two months later, my glasses became scratched. When I contacted the office, I was told I had declined a warranty. However, this was never explained to me during my visit, and I did not sign or receive any documentation showing that I declined it. Overall, I felt unsupported throughout the entire process and that important information was not communicated to me. I would not return to this location.

Tony was extremely kind to box them up when they arrived today and made a special trip to the PO to mail them to me. She is someone I really trust for knowing the ins and outs of her job. And Dr Chan will be forever at the top of my list of excellent optometrists. I was originally referred to him because of his special training in refracting people with astigmatism, along with other eye challenges. That was my issue for years and sadly the optometrist I saw before him just couldn't get it right. What a relief when I could see well again and continue to based on my annual eye exam with him.
