I don't even know where to begin! If I could, I would give them 6 stars. This is the first time in 17 years that we have been able to find a full package-a great optometrist as well as an incredible staff. When we lived in SJ, I took my daughters to the same optometrist that I had gone to as a kid. Even after we moved here I would drive them down once a year for their eye checkups because I didn't want to leave that office. When we finally decided we had to find one here, we found one we liked...until that doctor went out on her own. We loved her, but her office staff was awful! We bounced around for close to ten years, and now that my daughters are adults they have been on the search as well. In comes TBVC. WOW! I wish I had found them years ago. I love Dr. LaSueur and his gentleness but yet great sense of humor, and I don't even know where to begin with the staff! They are knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and do whatever they can to help out! My glasses came in in half the time they said, and my daughter (who now goes there) said her glasses came in within just a few days!! It really seems like all the employees are a small family, and I love patronizing a business that treats their employees well. How the employees are treated says a lot about the owners/management, and when the employees are treated with respect and they have a fun environment in which to work, that can't help but trickle down to the patients and clients. Glad I stumbled on them a few months ago, and I plan on being a longtime patient of theirs! read more

I have an older family member that doesn't use platforms such as Yelp. I figured I'd leave a review on their behalf because of the terrible customer service they received at this place of business. I'm finding that one star reviews are not a one off thing so I feel the people of Yelp need to hear a recent interaction. (This family member lives in Sun City which is right across the street. Even though this is an older community and they don't use social media THEY still all talk. Not smart regarding their staff and the longevity of this business) When my family member went in to pick up their new glasses/prescription the interaction was very quick. There was zero care on how my family member felt and if adjustments needed to be made. My family member went home to decide if they could live with the new glasses. It was determined that a slight adjustment was needed. Upon calling to reschedule they were very irritated with the request on the phone. Once a time was scheduled to go into the office, the office manager was very rude. My family member felt like they had been deemed a "problem customer" when she had checked in and how they were speaking to them. In this interaction the manager had conveyed that something was going on in THEIR home life that was potentially causing their horrible bedside manner. Long story short my family member has moved on to a more caring/customer service based business and will NEVER BE BACK. This family member actually gave the actual doctor great praise BUT the office staff and office manager were extremely rude. This poor doctor/business owner is losing business. Very sad. read more

I'm so glad there is such a great eye care office so close to home. twelve Bridges Vision Care's staff was friendly and so helpful. They made scheduling, the visit, picking out glasses and even pick up a breeze. Highly recommend them! read more

Just want to continue to support this business. The care I receive here is excellent and everything continues to hold true from the first time through my most recent experience. read more

I'm soooooo delighted I found this place. Everyone working there I came in contact with was absolutely lovely. They were helpful and sooo friendly. I've found the best place and am so happy! Thank you everyone (especially Lauren) as I felt so welcome and at home! read more

Not great customer service. They have a waiting list to be able to get an appointment should call 3 months in advance to schedule even for established clients. Dissapointed. read more

Edit....looks like I'm not the first to have issues about their front staff and billing. Horrible customer service and they are extremely high priced. I have had the same exact prescription for 7 years, I am medically necessary for wearing some type of eye wear (contacts or glasses). I have never had to pay anything due to that and my insurance being good. I went to them and they said I had to pay a a copay, I did that's fine. Then I received another bill for $150 ! They did nothing. They didn't change my prescription, just signed the new one so I could order more. I do not recommend them due to how shady and greedy they are. I called to find out why I received a bill and they couldn't even tell me what it was for. I wish I could give them less than one star. I will not be going back to them. The person that recommended me to them had a similar experience and she's not going back either. read more

Extraordinary service! Lauren and the girl at the front desk were amazing. I came looking for frames and both of them were friendly and helpful. Even though I couldn't use them because my insurance is out of network, Lauren took the time to email me all the information about the frames I liked. She was also kind enough to look up other Optometrist that will take my insurance and that had the brand of frames I was looking for. read more

My previous post should have been 5 stars. Not sure why it posted 4 and I cannot correct it. So Five stars! Always a joy with Dr and staff. Very personable and good conversation along with education on your eyes! Thank you!! read more

I've been to this location before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, the front desk staff has changed and are incompetent. They scheduled an appointment for me then bumped my appointment to the next month (and different year) without telling me. read more

The optical manager was very rude and disrespectful when I came into the office with my family just to look at frames. I will never come to this optometry office again. read more

Worst customer service, call them three time to schedule an appointment and they were rude and impatient, the call dropped and they never picked up the phone again or called me back. read more

My husband and myself had a wonderful experience at Twelve Bridges Vision Care. Chelsea was especially kind and thorough in asking about the type of glasses that would work well with the type of eyes. Doctor answered all of my questions and was very nice also, we will be back annually! They also have a a huge selection of frames! read more

Dr. LeSueur and his staff are wonderful caregivers. I've had glasses since I was 12 and have gone through many optometrists that made me feel rushed and didn't seem interested in making sure my eyesight was their priority. That is not the car here - the thorough eye exams and explanation of everything are always patiently delivered (pun intended). I've been going to Dr. LeSueur since 2002 in his previous office and love the "new place" in Lincoln. The frames they sell are an excellent selection and the staff truly makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend Twelve Bridges Eye Care and Dr. LeSueur. read more

Perhaps we could sir down and I could show you the wife's family history on my file so you could understand and not be confused.

I have been trying for YEARS to get a pair of glasses that would fix my wonky vision correctly. So many wasted optometry exams, frames, lenses. Finally, thanks to Twelve Bridges Vision Care, I can SEE. I've never had such a thorough or cutting edge exam. Friendly and professional staff helped me find a set of frames perfect for my face and style. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!! read more

They refuse to honor insurance they are contracted with. Before eye exam discussed insurance in the office. I was told my multiple people we would have zero charge for eye exam. Went home and called insurance to verify. Again was told zero charge. Day of eye exam, office is trying to push additional features with exams. Kindly refused. Red flag instantly went up. After eye exam they wanted me to sit for glasses. I refused and took my prescription elsewhere. The prices were very expensive. Now I receive a bill for the eye exam that was suppose to be zero charge. Their reasoning is they billed insurance wrong but they want me to pay for it. read more

They hard sell eye care products right after examining eyesights. When I expressed my concerns about the accuracy of exam results, they did not listen but rather kept selling contacts and glasses based on them. I will never visit the store. read more

Brought my mother here for an eye exam and new glasses. When I called to get an appointment I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they could see my mom. The entire experience from start to finish was handled very friendly and professional . We would highly recommend Twelve Bridges Vision Care. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and Dr. LaSueur is top notch! My visits here are always educational. I didn't realize how much the condition of my eyes say about my overall health. Dr. LaSueur explains each and every graph, chart, and X-ray to great detail. The Dr. also suggests which foods are best for maintaining healthy eyes. The office has a very good selection of frames including Maui Jim and Ray Ban. An even bigger selection for women's frames!!! After a short 5 min wait, I'm called to the back. In the first room, I go through 4 machines that perform some very high tech screenings and X-rays. Then off to the doc's office and the big machine. A pressure test and eye chart lens test are performed. Then off to select frames. Very high quality selection of frames. I never seem to have a problem finding frames that I really like! I've always had a positive experience coming here and will continue to come here for many years. read more

Very thorough and professional annual eye exam for contact lens and glasses. Excellent staff.

I'm just going to throw this out there- I used to go to Costco optometry for all my contact lens and glasses needs. With that being said, I felt like my vision got worse so I decided to book an appointment with Twelve Bridges Vision Care. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. The doctor's assistant was super nice and made me feel comfortable while doing all the eye tests. Doctor LeSueur felt like my dad- patient, kind and highly knowledgeable. Also, they had a wide selection of glasses to choose from. I would definitely recommend this office. read more

I switched to Twelve Bridges Vision Care after becoming tired of the horrible customer service at Eye Designs Optometry in the Westfield mall. Twelve Bridges Vision Care is like a breath of fresh air. Their service is excellent. I never felt rushed as I was making my choice of glasses and lens type. Dr. Lesueur is very thorough and even uses some cool 3D imaging photos of your eye in his exam. I am so glad I made the switch. Highly recommended. read more

State of the art office with excellent service.

The doctor was great with my husband and myself. The girls out front - ridiculous and they just pulled prices and this and that and you must get this or you can't see and if your husband wants that he'll need this added and hundreds and hundreds of dollars later for glasses we got any other year at another place for usually less than $100 a pair and same insurance - this place is set to break your bank and they are all for profit and too many ridiculous add ons as we took our itemized list back to our former optomitrist and they laughed at all the ridiculous add ons and that we'd see fine with the orginal prescription - so that is something you should consider going here - doctor great- girls are out for your money and no bang for it either. We have reached out to insurance company to not pay them after hearing we didn't need those "add ons" and not certain they were added versus being charged read more

Had an eye exam here with Dr Brandon LeSeur for my annual eye exam. This was my first time visiting this office. Every single person I came into contact with was amazing. Starting with Zaida, she is so sweet and helpful. Dr LeSeur was absolutely wonderful. The most thorough exam I have ever had. As a nurse I really appreciate how professional this place is. The girl who helped me choose glasses (sorry I forgot her name) was very sweet and helpful also. Great find here in Lincoln! read more

I am confused by the other posts I have read on here. I found the staff and doctor very knowledgeable. The optician spent extra time getting me the perfect frames that I love! I have had difficulties with my prescription in the past and this doctor nailed it! Will be returning for my renewal this year. read more

I was disappointed by the way I was treated by the front desk. I made two new patient appointments back to back and emailed the day before about one of us not being able to make it. When I checked in for my appointment, the front desk gal was very rude about it. She kept saying comments about how she didn't get my email, and that I should always call etc. and that they would waive the $55 no show fee this one time but I had to call from now on. I felt badgered and actually ended up walking out of my appointment too. It's unfortunate because this gal caused the office to loose two new patients. read more

I don't think there is a nicer staff out there!! I have been coming here for years and every time I come in, I feel more at home. The staff is beyond helpful and just simply amazing. They will go above and beyond for you. Dr. LeSueur is so patient and thorough (and fun to chat with :-)) This is the type of place where you think you are just going to run in and do/get what you need, but end up staying a long time because you get caught up in conversations. read more

Happy with the service! The staff is helpful and friendly, the glasses that they recommended are super comfortable. The doctor is friendly and easy to talk too, an overall nice person. They are very thorough and professional. I will be a long time patient. read more

Terrible customer service and billing manager. They have no idea how to work with Tricare Prime. My wife's appointment was cancelled upon arrival due to "problem" with insurance, and the billing manager was gone that day so they couldn't fix the issue. Well there goes money and time for babysitter. Then they call us the next week and tell us we need a referral from our PCP, which isn't true, routine eye appointments are covered by Tricare annually without a referral. Billing manager was rude and unwilling to try to resolve the problem, and never called me back when she said she would. Don't waste your time here. Find a place that cares about you and wants you as a customer. read more

The staff is great, the Dr is ok, the prices are extremely high. No one should be quoted over $800. For a pair of glasses, this vision care is located very close to Senior Living community, which are on fixed income. Affordability is key for the area. Very disappointed. Got my prescription and went to Costco. read more

I had my first appointment with Dr. LaSueur this morning. He gave me the most thorough, comprehensive and informative eye exam that I have ever had.
