Called for an appointment for my 2 year old and was scheduled the very next day. The staff were friendly and patient. My son had never had an eye exam so this was his first experience. The staff and Dr. Brooks were so kind and took their time with my son. Dr. Brooks made the exam a fun game for my son. He loved it and the candy of course. I'd recommend this place for everyone. I appreciate their hours of operation too; very flexible. read more

Great staff and doctor. Doctor noticed that I had signs of dry eye. No one else had ever noticed. She gave me some home remedies that are really working, and I thought I just had allergies. Oh yeah, and the work place glasses that were prescribed are perfect! Thanks so much! read more

I have had blepharitis for many years and Dr. Brooks was the first person to tell me what it is.....and then she gave me the right medicine to keep it at bay. I went all winter this year without the flakey skin under my eyes. That stuff stings when I use it, but it works! Thank you Dr. Brooks. read more

Great experience all the ladies in the office are friendly as well as a great exam by DR Brooks. Will continue to go back, keep up the great work ! read more

This optometrist was top notch. My fiancé and I made a pre-visit to check out the eyeglasses and sunglasses for her in preparation to the new year. I haven't had an eye exam in a while and decided to book an appointment. Not only was I able to get an appointment, I was able to do it before the new year! This allowed me to utilize my benefits from 2013 rather than 2014. The place is kept up well with a great selection. The doctor answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone because of the service. Now if only they were a dental office too, then I'd go more often =D read more

This place is terrible. I started out with them and Dr Brooks. When I first saw her, I told her that I had a serious problem with dry eyes, and that I previously used a contact that was very aqueous. She told me that she didn't have an option that was similar to my old contacts. She proceeded to stick me in a contact that was very dry and hurt my eyes. She then put me on a plan that was called Lens Ferry. The first problem is when I changed my Credit Card information, I called the office and the girl who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that she couldn't change the information and that I had to call Lens Ferry myself (which has terrible client services) and never got a call back. So I go back for my yearly exam and order new contacts that are $20 more but are the type of contact that I need. I go through the exam and get the contacts to try out and as I am getting billed, I tell them that I am using Lens Ferry. I call back today to order the rest of my contacts and I am told that they no longer do Lens Ferry which is something that I should have been informed of by the office when they cancelled the service. I have to wear daily contact lenses that are $700 for a years supply. They rip you off here. DO NOT GO HERE. There are many other better optometrists. read more

Tried calling this place to make an appointment and they are not too helpful. I guess not going to go here!

What an experience! Dr. Brooks is very caring, informative and takes a tremendous amount of pride in her profession. It was a very refreshing experience. My daughter (13) was fitted for her first set of contact lenses and I was renewing my glasses prescription. The facility is very clean, new, modern and welcoming. All the equipment is state-of-the-art. They may not have 4,000 glasses, instead she focuses on quality. I found 4 or 5 glasses I really liked. I selected a very unique design that had all the special touches of quality. The pair of glasses were understates but filled with touches of detail. Dr. Brooks moved to Placer County from Los Gatos, but does not have that Bay Area/Roseville attitude. Our family will continue going to Dr. Brooks and recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about her profession and patients. Thank you very much! The Tadlock's read more

Dr. Brooks is kind,,compassionate, and really knows the eyes, on many levels. i have a serious disease and she has helped me in the area of the eyes, which we all know are vital for our well-being. The office is located in a central location with plenty of parking and open extra hours that you would not find elsewhere. The office is new and clean and stocked with the latest fashion selections and covers a wide array of needs in glasses and contact lenses. She carries Zeiss individual precision lenses, computer glasses, transition lenses, and medications that help the eyes function better. Highly recommend Dr. Brooks read more

I've been a patient here for a number of years now. And I must say they are great. They just changed some nose pads that were ancient and falling off of my glasses no charge. I just walked in and done. They have also been great with my contacts by giving me samples when waiting for my pending order to arrive. Note, I drive a bit further to get here from Roseville and it's easily worth the additional few miles drive. read more

After I posted my past experience, Dr Brooke, did not hesitate to make it right and I thought that she have an extra ordinary business ethics. I'm very impressed read more

Dr. Brooks is excellent, doesn't rely on technicians for testing but does it herself. She is reassuring, calm and kind. I was shocked by the cost just under $1,000, but "this isn't Kansas anymore, Dorothy." I'm getting my old frames with new lens and contact lenses so maybe the cost is just my comparison to my old optometrist in Modesto. read more

After traveling to Sacramento for a decade to a trusted eye care office - (too long and far a drive), I turned to two different optometrists within the last 3 years, with little to no satisfaction in both service and demeanor of doctors. I began researching background information on optometrists in both Roseville and Rocklin on my vision service provider VSP's website and reading way too many recommendations on Next Door, and decided on Precision Optometry. Very happy and satisfied with the service and professionalism with Dr. Brooks and her staff. I needed an exam, office and reading glasses. Everything was great and I can see clearly again! I finally found the doctor and staff I was hoping for. read more

The cost is outstanding. Very competitive pricing. Plus I was able to get the latest styles not last years like those other stores.

very easy to set up appointment. Seen on-time. Exam was thorough. Doctor discussed findings and options. Excellent overall experience. Highly recommend read more

Dr. Brooks explained all of the procedures very thoroughly and had good chairside manner. Even when there were issues with my insurance billing, she personally contacted me with further clarification. Overall, a good visit, but I haven't been to an optometrist before so I have nothing to compare it to. I didn't like that I wasn't told that there was a substantial contact lens fitting fee that isn't covered by most insurance policies until after I had already started the process. All the fitting consisted of was me clumsily poking my eyeballs for about an hour while the good Dr. checked in on me every once in a while. I could have done that at home with the assistance of YouTube for free. One other thing to note, is the eye glass selection was kind of on the small size. If you don't find something you love there, then ask for your prescription so that you can shop around. Precision Optometry's in a convenient location, new technology, and friendly staff. Worth checking out if you need a checkup. read more

Precision Optometry - Optometrists Near Me - Rocklin, California

Love the service here!! I highly recommend Dr. Geraldine Brooks. She took the time to educate me between dailies and the regular two week disposable contacts. I was expecting to pay a fork load of money to purchase a pair of glasses, but I opted for the dailies since it turns out with my eye measurements/prescription it was medically necessary for me to get contacts with VSP insurance. SO my insurance covered my 1 year supply of contacts. It was like an early Christmas gift. I felt that the doctor was looking out for me and my needs. This morning I put on my daily contacts and I feel great :) Thank you Dr. Brooks for your help. I'm recommending you to my husband b/c your service is excellent :) Thanks again! read more

Dr Brooks is wonderful. I woke up on a Sunday with a severe eye infection and was able to text her cell phone. She met me within half an hour and got me all taken care of. I can't even explain how grateful I am!!! My whole family of six goes to her and as long as she is in business, I won't go anywhere else! read more

This is the best optometrist office you will find in the Rocklin area. Dr. Brooks is wonderful and has been great with my kids, especially my teens and their daily contact lenses. I get my contacts and glasses here and to me the price is no different than others I've been to around here. They work with lots of different vision insurances too. I appreciate that she has Saturday hours in case we can't come in during the busy school week. I highly recommend this office! read more

I was referred to this office by a friend. Upon arriving all of the ladies in the office were extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Brooks was amazing. After my appointment with Dr. Brooks, I sat down with one of the ladies in the office to talk about glasses. She was extremely helpful and open and honest about prices. I have never been to an optometry office like this one! I give them 5+ plus plus stars! If you're looking for an optometrist in the Lincoln Rocklin Roseville area, this is an amazing place to go! I have been going to Precision optical for 6 years and they continue to get better even as their business has grown. I stopped by recently to check out their frame styles and see if any would work for me. The frame assortment was outstanding especially for someone needing a larger frame but looking for something funky at the same time, and the personalized service I received was terrific. My husband and I each got a pair of prescription glasses from Teresa at Precision. She was nice and very helpful. Loved Dr. Brooks too.

A colleague of mine had referred me to Precision Optometry in the past when he had a great experience. I had been meaning to make an appointment and go in for an annual exam as I had been unsatisfied with my previous optometry office and felt they just weren't getting my RX clear enough. On Tuesday morning my glasses broke and I immediately called the office. I was able to get in same day. They eye exam was prompt, thorough and comfortable. Dr. Brooks was able to refine my prescription, clear up my distance vision and told me I didn't need two pairs of glasses as I've been told in the past. I was really satisfied. I have referred her to my other colleagues and will definitely be going back for all my future optometrist needs. really satisfied. Margo is also really wonderful. She is professional, funny, patient and great with patients. She took time with me while I hemmed and hawed about frames. Super nice! read more

I was very impressed with their office. My 8 yr old son was seen as a patient and Dr Brooks was very good with him and so helpful. The receptionist/assistant was very helpful and kind as well. My son needed a prescription for reading glasses, and once we chose his frames we were told it takes about 2 weeks to get them in, yet his were ready in 1 week. He loves his new glasses and can see so much better while reading now. No more headaches and blurry vision. Thank you Dr Brooks! read more
