I've had over $12k of work done here. They are extremely busy and if you are a tuner buddy they seem to treat you better. If you don't have an inside connection, be prepared to wait and wait. Also very little feedback and customer service. Had to follow up multiple times for simple items. Not much explanation of where things are and how long it will take. I understand that some of the delay was caused by parts on order being delayed but waited more than 4 months to get things done. I have 7 cars and had work done by numerous different auto service shops for different brands. IMHO this shop does not pay attention to details. I had to closely keep track of job not done so that they would get done right. The verdict on the quality of work is still out. I've had some minor issues which seems to have been resolved. We shall see after some operation of the car. Requires a lot of follow up. Not a high quality shop. read more

Took my car to precision to fix my smoking n54,had some financial problems come up so I wasn't able to fix it with them but they diagnosed my car Fast and were able to tell me what was wrong with it and didn't charge me a penny!!! Where do I start? My experience at PDM was outstanding. From communication, planning, execution, and even down to the most minute of details--everything was taken care of. I came to meet Mike before he opened his shop, as I was planning to do a 6SPEED manual swap, we waited till he opened up and got situated. Planned everything out from parts to install. Bought a donor car instead of buying all new parts, and Mike allowed me to keep it there while parting it out and even removing things for me for people who wanted stuff. The conversion from auto to manual took about a week and a half--mostly because he was the only one working on the car. The speed at which he gets things done is insane. He looked over my car as well and found many little things that needed to be addressed. Most of which he didn't even nickel and dime me for. Will I be going back? Most definitely. Will I be bringing in more cars? I have my Supra lined up to come as soon as we're done doing more work on my 335. The work from Mike and his team is bar none. I've been to many shops, been nickel and dimed, lied to, cheated, or even not received the work that I paid for. I can wholeheartedly say that with PDM I've found "my" shop and could think of no better place to take care of my cars--performance or otherwise. Honest. Reliable. Efficient. Speedy. Went in for a rear main seal and oil pan gasket and a OEM turbo replacement. I was on vacation At Disney so I decided to take my car here for the work. I leave Disney on Saturday to pick my car up and on the way back I have a coolant hose pop off now my car is over heating and I'm stuck in LA traffic. The shop closed in 10 min so I called and called and called till I finally called with my girl friends phone and what do you know they pick up(wonder why). Told him what was happening and I limp the car back and he says "I know what's wrong one of the clamps didn't want to grab on good" so why send my car out like that??? Knowing it wasn't on correctly. I let it go. Fast forward two months and my car is leaking oil again from the same place as before that they supposedly fixed. BS shop. Take your car elsewhere. Oh and most of the reviews here are just their friends lol aka fake reviews. read more

Mike and the team at Precision Dynamics Motorsport are passionate and professional when it comes to cars. I took my 2012 BMW E92 335i to them for a transmission service and to replace a TMAP sensor. I had the parts already so they were going to do the install. Their prices are very good. I also told Mike that I've been having misfires and running lean. He took the time to diagnose and run tests to confirm the issue instead of throwing parts at the car to fix it. I can say that I am really satisfied with the job they did on my car. Mike confirmed that I needed a new HPFP to solve my lean condition and cold start misfires/misfires. He took the time to test drive it multiple times to make sure the Check Engine Light didn't come back on, which I've been driving with the CEL on for months. The car felt good on the drive home!
