Precision is the place to go for a repair of your high end car. They've done body work on our Audis and Porsches and the job always looks impeccable. read more

These guys are amazing. Had to take my car there for some body work after a small accident. They were efficient, throughout, informative along the way, and went above and beyond. My car looked great and I got it back sooner than expected. Juan was such a great point of contact and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Precision Auto. read more

Juan provided excellent service and the car repairs exceeded my expectations. They did such a thorough job on my Toyota Highlander that i didn't hesitate to bring in my Toyota Tacoma for repairs as well. The car looked brand new! Their shop is so clean and organized and Cheryl the receptionist is so friendly! My experience with Precision auto body was easy and stress free which is much appreciated during this pandemic. read more

My car was hit and run in a parking lot, the whole driver's side damaged. Precision took great care of it and had my 10 year old car looking like new. They also handled a very difficult insurance situation like pros. I can't recommend Audrey, Bill and the team at Precision highly enough! read more

Precision Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Mini Cooper. George explained how the process worked with the insurance company and reassured me this would not the nightmare I've had with other body shops. He was very professional, he emailed and called me with regular updates, and he wrangled the insurance adjusters. He made sure my new Mini looked brand new again. The paint job is practically a work of art. Antonio and Santiago made my car look like it was ready for the car show. I highly recommend Precision Auto Body. George and his team will take great care of you and your car. read more

This company really has its act together. The workmanship and service is first rate. They did a spectacular job on my Mercedes S-65.

it took awhile because parts were hard to come by from Audi but the work was fantastic- very professiona.

I was rear ended on my way home from work - hit and run and was my first accident ever after 38 years of driving. The Porsche dealer recommended Precision Auto Body - they are a Porsche authorized repair shop. From the minute I called them, I felt at ease and that I would be taken care of. The receptionist was very calm, professional, and thorough. She explained the process and was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my busy schedule within a few days. I was greeted immediately upon arriving. I was assigned a Damage Assessor (Ray) who walked with me to the car. He asked very detailed questions and assured me that the repair work would be done to the exact standards (with factory Porsche parts) as when the car was built. Over the next few weeks, he called me at least once a week to provide an update. He handled everything with the insurance company - very seamlessly and pain free. I picked up the car earlier this week and it looked amazing. Not only couldn't I tell where the damage was but the car was detailed like a show car in and out. I would highly recommend Precision Auto Body to anyone that wants fantastic results while being treated like you are their only customer. What a great experience! read more

Had my Audi repaired at Precision. Although is was horrible being without my car for over 2 months, Juan and his team kept me informed about the status during the entire process. My car looks brand new!! read more

Even though they had the car longer than expected they were very fast in getting back to me and replying to every email and phone call. Juan's customer service was great and I can only imagine how busy he was but he was very responsive. read more

So it all started when we got into an unfortunate accident that wasn't our fault. Our first choice was to take it to Precision Auto Body irregardless of where the insurance wanted us to take the car. This is because they are certified to the highest standards and it felt more comfortable to take it here. George was on top of every single detail; from re-inspecting my car, contacting the insurance to get them to pay more so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket, tossing sure every part on my car was original OEM parts. I was informed what was going on every step of the way. Everyone knows dealing with the insurance is a pain but George and his team made it literally painless. I really appreciate everything that they have done for us and I would without a doubt recommend this shop to anyone looking for authentic and professional service. Thank you so very much!! read more

Precision Auto Body is the best auto repair shop I've ever had my car repaired at. The Damage Assessors handle all the paperwork with the insurance company and you never are stressed about getting the proper parts and work done. The quality of the work is fantastic, no one would ever detect that your vehicle was involved in an accident. I can't say enough about their excellent body work, service and warranties. read more

By far one of the best auto body shops I have ever dealt with! Fast, friendly, and BEYOND fair! Not to mention I am BEYOND happy with the quality of work they performed in a timely manner! I will not go anywhere else!!! read more

My auto claim was handled by George and it was handled in a such a professional manner from day one. George took the time to explain me the entire inspection and repair process for my vehicle. Took the time to update while repairs were in progress and the delivery of the vehicle. Repairs were performed up to top caliber standards. Great shop to work with and great experience. read more

I have a classic car that needs special attention. I got it from Precision Auto Body. They handled my insurance company flawlessly and provided me with great service. If you want you car done correctly, this is the place to go. Great service and personal attention. read more

Don't waste your time with this auto body shop. After completing a simple information request form, with my contact info and specified that I would be paying privately for all the repairs being discussed. When the person came out to do the estimate, without any acknowledgement on who he was, the first thing he said to me was, you know we're the most expensive autobody repair shop around. This disconcerning individual made the assumption that I probably wouldn't be able to pay for my repairs. A word to management, please, have a meeting with your employees and discuss basic customer service etiquette. Don't judge a clients appearance, he could have very deep pockets and maybe looking for another business acquisition. read more

I wish there were a "zero" rating on Yelp because I feel giving this place a One Star rating is far too generous. I brought my car here on the recommendation of my insurance company. I never would have gone here as it is out of my neighborhood, inconvenient and out of the way. However I wanted a place that was pre-approved by my insurance company so I went here. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I don't want to do a long play-by-play with this place but suffice it to say that their repair work was shoddy and they broke other components and lied to me and my insurance company about it. I went in to get some damage repaired on the left side of my car and they shorted out my electronic key locks, made it so the latch on the trunk did not work properly (it would come open when I drove it) and they did not seat the driver's door properly. I had to take my car to a second and third repair shop to fix all the damage that Precision did to my car. Not only did they do reprehensively bad work but their General Manager, William Lawyer, is a rude, arrogant man who does not seem to believe in satisfying the customer. When I tried to tell him that my electronic lock worked when I brought it in, he told me that it "wore out" while it was in their shop. He also told me this was true of my trunk latch. I took my car to a reputable dealer and they were able to find where Precision had shorted out the mechanism and they were able to make my trunk work once again. At Precision they took too long (I exhausted my insurance companies rental car allowance), they did bad repair work, broke previously working parts and lied about everything. Oh yeah, and they were rude. To date, I have not had my car for 2 1/2 months and I owe this to the deceit and poor quality of work at Precision Auto Body. I would warn anyone against bringing their car here for any reason. I am sorry I ever did. read more

I was referred here by Bob Smith BMW to fixe a simple fender. It's been a month and every week i call them they make empty promises that "it'll be ready by end of the week". i called them today and they said they still haven't started anything and i told them i want my car back if it's not done by end of the week. DO NOT GO THERE and my insurance company won't cover all the expenses for the rental car because it's been more than a month to fix a stupid fender. read more

Rear ended while exiting a shopping plaza. Precision Auto Body was one of the recommendations by the insurance company. Chose Precision Auto because of it's location and reviews. Wow!! Totally impressed and grateful for such hospitality and speedy work!! The whole process was super easy and their staff made you feel right at home. Juan was amazing at communicating all the details From start to finish. Repairs were amazing, awesome job!! Would definitely recommend!! read more

They took for ever to fix a bumper almost 9 weeks. And now every single part that they have touched is braking apart. Not satisfied at all. Very rude people and no customer service. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Let me explain why. I brought my car here at the end of January 2016. The initial estimate for my car was about 4500 dollars and they said 2-3 weeks. I said Okay sure that sounds good. The end of the 3rd week comes by and I haven't received any updates and then I call because my car should be done soon. Then I call and they tell me, "oh yea we were gonna call you." It turns out that there were more damages than the preliminary estimate. But wait, it took three whole business weeks for a body shop to find that out? seriously? Shouldnt they have taken my car completely apart before the insurance guy got there in the first week? SO they didnt even touch my car until after the 2nd week! wow. They are also horrible with not calling you and updating you on your car. Even if you leave messages. So then 2 more weeks pass and they said that the parts were being taken to the primer stages. Then another week passes by and then they said that it goes through stages and then it waits on another queue. So the 8th week begins and they still do not call and fucking update you. You would think that now they would act as the nicest people ever right? Nope. Even when I showed up there, the manager BILL and the service write or whatever the hell he is JUAN, dont act nice and dont smile nor apologize. They seriously dont give a shit. Its obvious. Then finally they finish after 2 MONTHS and my windshield has small scratches that you can only see in certain angles against the sun. So I call 2 hours after I got it and I leave a message. They never returned the call. Then I show up in person and they said Oh yea I told BILL about it but hes not here today and he needs to see it. SO I came the next day and he shows me that with a steel wool you cannot scratch it. He said thats what they use. ( so since he couldnt do it, then he didnt take responsibility) . Then he says that he was going to call his glass shop to see if they can polish the scratches off. 2 weeks pass by and still nothing. FUCK MAN. Then I call and set up an appointment. I show up and they said it was going to take about an hour so they gave me a ride to a starbucks. 4 HOURS pass and I call them and BILL says its going to take until 5 PM. WTF. So im sitting like an idiot over there thinking it was going to get done ASAP. THey didnt even call me to let me know it wasnt done in a hour. fucking idiots. SO I said to pick me up and just give me my car back. I was over it. I then spoke to the actual owner of the place Audry i think her name was. She also didnt take responsibility and said that they couldnt replace it because it was going to cost a couple hundred dollars. WTF. the bill for my car was over 9000 dollars. They easily profited at least 4000 but replacing my windshield is too much? Even after they damaged it themselves? WOW. SO i left so pissed off and I am never returning. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY ARE SO BAD AND THEY SERIOUSLY DO NOT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOU BEING HAPPY AND GETTING YOUR CAR BACK ASAP. read more

Great Shop. Great People. Bill has always been easy to work with. The cars they've repaired for me always come out looking like they did when they rolled off the factory line. read more

This place is a nightmare. If you have a car accident don't go near this place. They will automatically give you an inflated estimate which insurance companies won't cover. Then when you try to promptly take it to a different body shop, they soak you for high storage costs. They victimize you when you are already flusteredfrom having an accident. read more

My car was repaired with excellent customer service! You would never know my car was damaged, the repair is flawless!!

The place is great and very professional. Juan was awesome at keeping my updated on a regular basis. He always responded to emails and got my car fixed quick. My brand new (rear ended) Macan was back to Porsche specs in around 2 weeks, much faster than I anticipated. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks, Sean T. read more

I read all the bad reviews, but these guys were Mercedes authorized, and Mercedes Encino took my car here for some warranty paint work. First, when I arrived at Precision to fill out paperwork (and waited... and waited...) I walked outside to see their body guy trying to pry out my windshield with a metal rod, within a few minutes, bang! They broke my windshield. Next, when I did finally get the car back, the hood was swirled from a buffer. They told me they were nice enough to polish my car as a courtesy. I guess they didn't know that I saw them break the windshield and scratch the hood. There were two paint drips on the car that I had to point out. There were a couple of fisheyes in the paint that I had to point out. There was dust in the paint that I had to point out... Oh, and the best part. When trying to pry out the windshield, they left dents all along the roof of my car. Here's the best part. Dealing with Bill. The patronizing manager. When they broke my windshield they told me they might have to keep my car for months because Mercedes might only have the windshield in Germany. So I told them I thought they should provide a loaner car. Bill's response? "So I guess you think we should just give you a G Wagon because your windshield broke?" I stopped him right there and told him if this was his attitude from the get go, we were done talking. I also had the pleasure of listening to Bill (as I waited in the lobby many times) chastise and lecture his customers about why he charges so much "I pay a lot of rent here, if you want to drive your car to Texas, we'll work on it cheaper, but we're not in Texas are we?" What a wonderful guy. After my experience, I have met several in the industry that have told me horror stories, including a paintless dent repair person who said he used to work for them and they would then bill insurance for a respray. There are plenty of other body shops, I can't believe these guys can remain factory authorized and stay in business. read more

Over priced, I was charged $1,358 for a scraped bumper, took it elsewhere and was charged $228. Do not go!!

Great repair facility. Car repairs completed to 100% of new. Took a little longer than expected but work was done to perfection.

Go there only if you have unlimited amount of time & patience.. They took over 59 days to fix my car, NO ELECTRICAL DAMAGE. After reading few comments here looks like their normal response is, it will take about 3 weeks to fix your car. And "I want you to be back in your car as quickly as possible.. I don't get paid until your car is out of my shop!" (I checked with insurance, it is a COMPLETE LIE. they get paid at every step) They will do anything to get your car into their shop. Game starts once you give them approval to work on it. They lied weeks after weeks and blamed on Insurance agent/BMW parts department/BMW service center/Shipping services for delays. Last reason they gave me was that the headlight we received was faulty (both??), so we had to go fight for you with BMW to get it replaced (another week delay). Lier Juan ordered wrong headlight. Very rude Owner/Manager Audrey Coletta and no customer service. When I talked to her, she told me the reason for delay is because "I have too many cars to work on!!" When I received my car it had wrong front grill, broke locking system, incorrectly positioned headlight, no license plate bracket. I have no idea if there is anything wrong mechanically. When I saw the final bill, I understood the problem. It was simple. By delaying the delivery, they were able to increase their labor charge to insurance. Total cost was tripled than initial estimate. Not satisfied at all. DO NOT GO THERE... read more

My precious Porsche 718 Cayman was recently hit by someone trying to back out of a parking space. I decided to take my prize possession to Precision Auto Body- as they came highly recommend. I would NEVER take my Porsche to any repair shop for obvious reasons. I will tell you I was more than impressed with the level of service and professionalism - from the front office staff- to George- my repair specialist. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on; and when I picked up my car- the damages area looked brand new- they even washed/ detailed it. The entire process from A to Z was smooth and painless. If you have a car you love; especially a high end car- Precision is the place!!! read more

Worse Body Shop ever. My car had a fender bender. The job these guys did was horrid! Car looks like shit. Also had various loose parts which I had to get fixed from a mechanic close to my home. As they gave a deaf ear. I am shocked even companies like this one exist. I am sure all positive reviews are fake as it's impossible someone loved these guys. read more

I had an opposite experience from the other reviewer. I was referred to Precision by the Auto Gallery after I was side swiped. I had originally given the car to another body shop in LA (not named here), who tried to tell me that they could only identify frame damage after completing all other repairs. I didn't trust that so I spoke with Bill at Precision (I assume the same Bill as the other poster notes). He walked me through the whole process of how the repair should be done (which I also cross checked with other body shops outside the region). I then moved the car to them where they found significantly more damage than the previous body shop had found. I found them to be responsive, and helpful. Perhaps the experience depends on who's insurance company is paying for repairs, but in my case it was the other guy's fault and Precision was perfectly professional to work with. read more

Juan Ramirez at Precision AB has won my loyalty! I learned the difference between a dealer auto body shop and an insurance company "referred" auto body shop. You can go to the auto body that your insurance company contracts with and get you car back in a week with sub-par repairs or you can go to Precision. They take their time to do the job right and they don't let these insurance companies bully them. There is a reason that they have been approved by so many of the high end auto brands. My Audi had severe rear end damage and my insurance company wanted to send me to some hack shop to complete the work at 1/3 of the cost, but with that came 1/3 of the repair quality. I used my right to choose the repair shop of my choice and Precision put my Audi back together as original. The other repair shop wanted to just hammer the frame back into place, but Precision actually cut the damaged piece off and welded a new piece in, which is how the job should be done. In the end it cost the insurance company more, but the job was done correctly! If I can give anyone any advice reading this Yelp, ALWAYS trust Precision Auto Body and don't let your insurance company fool you into going with their chop shop because all they care about is their bottom line! read more

The problem with this site is that it filters all the positive reviews. I had my mini repaired here and it looks like new. It was a big hit and you cant even tell it was damaged. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my car so if you want quality repair, Precision is the body shop to take your car. Just click on the filtered reviews at the bottom of this page and you will see the numerous 5 star reviews that agree and obviously not included in their points system to rate them with the stars they deserve. read more

Picked up my BMW nearly a month after the original date given to me for when my car was going to be ready. (over 2 months it took them) The work so far looks good and that is the only reason they are receiving 2 stars. However here comes my long list of complaints.. 1/5 for completing the repair job in a timely fashion 2/5 for the quality of the service reps, some where extremely rude and condescending where others were kind and professional 1/5 for the price, my original quote $8,000 less than what I ended up paying. They claim that they called me to let me know of the huge increase in price, but they did not. No call, no message, no email. My car is valued between 14-15.5k. The repairs well exceeded the value, had they communicated this to me during the repair I would have had my insurance agent re-evaluate the repair process since the total exceeded my current value on the car. I will never go here again. If you like to wait forever for your car to be finished and shell out tons of money while dealing with rude service reps than this place is for you. If not.. find another auto body shop and do not be fooled by all these short 5/5 reviews that give no details about the experience except "great job on my volvo.". It is very easy nowadays for companies, especially body shops to do reputation repair for online review sites. read more

Special Thanks to the crew at Precision! Thanks for making my car look new again! You guys are the BEST!

This is the 3rd time I've used Precision. My latest experience was to repair damage done when a neighbor backed out of her driveway and into the front fender and bumper of our parked car.
