I didn't get an exact quote, but was told it should be around 60$. I told him I didn't care about what it looked like, as long as it turned on. I also told him to let me know if it was going to be more then 60$ I got an email the next day saying it was ready to be picked up. I replied asking what the total was, but I just went In rather then wait around. It worked like a charm, as I tested it out. He had made a custom power button that was cute and actually looked better then the stock one. The total was around 67$ with tax. Fast, friendly, efficient service. I will be back !

They had to close due to the coronavirus but made sure that I got my drive back, and didn't charge me anything despite all the hours they put in. But Memory Express Langley's manager's behavior is remarkably rude and unprofessional. I ordered an i7-13700K Processor Bundle with a Gigabyte Z790 GAMING X AX Mobo for $629 during the Thanksgiving sale a few days ago (attached are the pictures as proof). Today, I received a call from the manager, stating that I must pay an additional $200 due to their error. I would have been fine with this adjustment, but at the time of my purchase, there were several similar bundles available at Canada Computers and NewEgg. Unfortunately, I missed out on those deals because I ordered from Memory Express. As a result, I'm left with no other options. Note that this would have been illegal in Quebec under their consumer protection laws. When I tried to explain this situation to the manager, instead of a simple apology, I was met with a barrage of yelling and unprofessional behavior. What should have been resolved with an apology turned into a heated argument with the manager.
