Outstanding service you just don't see anymore in these days. Before taking it to the 999 Electronics shop y tv had a "black veil" i could see the picture behind it when i put a flashlight against the screen. It responded to absolutely all settings &b commands properly. The repair shop technician called me to say that the main board is damaged and that could be very expensive. when i said i want to go right then to see , he told me "is too busy and doesn't have time for me". I do not drive or have a car, i had to make arrangements with a neighbor to go at the shop the next day. When i got there and they turned on the TV the screen was a light grey with a 2" vertical line. THAT IS NOT HOW MY TV WAS WHEN I DROPPED IT THERE!!!! He just happened he mentioned a day before that he knows how expensive it ca be to fix it because he had THE EXACT SAME TV. At this point it is very hard to trust the motives why my tv is in worse condition than when i dropped it there. BEWARE. the "very expensive" board he was talking about costs $145.20 plus tax + shipping. However, after talking with another technician, looks like my tv now is beyond repair. So from Backlight needed to be replaced, i ended up with a good for garbage tv. It is frustrating and upsetting because they do not make them anymore. BEWARE

Well it may be they just up and failed as the place is dark, I guess no one is home, no replies to phone calls, nada and its been over 70 days since I took the amp to them started calling them 3 weeks in.
