My iPhone was currently not holding a charge, dying on me on the regular and when I actually checked in Settings, the iPhone message stated that I needed to get a new battery. So it was time to head to EFix, glad to have this new business close by rather then heading into Silverdale or Poulsbo! Mike took my call ordered a new battery that took less than a day to receive. Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. I also had another issue with my lens and he identified the problem instantly and was able to clean and re-glue my lens that was loose on my old iphone. As you know, our phones are so important and his great customer service as well as such fast service was well appreciated. I took in for repairs my 60" 3D cinema LG tv. After talking on the phone with the LG Canada…read moretechnician and running numerous tests, i was told the tv needs only the back light replaced. Before taking it to the 999 Electronics shop y tv had a "black veil" i could see the picture behind it when i put a flashlight against the screen. It responded to absolutely all settings &b commands properly. The repair shop technician called me to say that the main board is damaged and that could be very expensive. when i said i want to go right then to see , he told me "is too busy and doesn't have time for me". I do not drive or have a car, i had to make arrangements with a neighbor to go at the shop the next day. When i got there and they turned on the TV the screen was a light grey with a 2" vertical line. THAT IS NOT HOW MY TV WAS WHEN I DROPPED IT THERE!!!! He just happened he mentioned a day before that he knows how expensive it ca be to fix it because he had THE EXACT SAME TV. At this point it is very hard to trust the motives why my tv is in worse condition than when i dropped it there. BEWARE. the "very expensive" board he was talking about costs $145.20 plus tax + shipping. However, after talking with another technician, looks like my tv now is beyond repair. So from Backlight needed to be replaced, i ended up with a good for garbage tv. It is frustrating and upsetting because they do not make them anymore. BEWARE
