I gave them a call and left a VM. John called me back within 30 minutes. He was very cheerful and asked what my problem was. I described my headache and the attempts I had made to solve it. He thought for a second, then from memory ( he was in his car) he patiently described how to drill down several windows to a particular setting. I would never have found this on my own and the setting had a name I would never have imagined. I did as instructed and rebooted my laptop. PRESTO! Problem solved! This call might have been 5 minutes long and he solved my dilemma on the fly for free. He longer has a brick & mortar store, but will make an appointment to come to your location. Needless to say, I was very appreciative of his help and greatly impressed by his knowledge. (AND, he was a very nice fellow!) Of course I highly recommend.

I have put off bringing my computer in to anyone due to fear of cost to repair it and the fact that it is also my livelihood. As it progressively got worse I did a ton of online research and found Angelo. I dropped it off on a Thursday and it was ready for pickup the following Monday. No more fan noise, no more sounds of gravel in it or grinding so bad it made me cringe. All the cleaning, trash reduction, etc. that are classic treatments for hidden memory and wasting memory didn't help return my C:\ drive to where it was a few days earlier. Despite my "tops" anti viral software, a virus attack had replicated my photos to 500+Gb size. At the same time, there was a hidden overload of old years' backups. Putting my non-tech language aside. The service I received was perfect*****. In addition, in the process, we managed to fix a small hardware disconnect that existed from a prior service elsewhere. They were very helpful and fixed all of my laptop issues and at a great price. In fact, in my opion, they went above and beyond. However, my second trip there has been disappointing. I needed my data switched from an old cell phone to a new one and asked them to service my new laptop as it had seemed to be slower than when I first got it. I didn't have a lot of time that day so when I came back to the shop, they had finished with the cell phone, but not the laptop. They told me to call them on Monday and they would finish it. They charged me for the work completed as well as the work that hadn't been completed yet. Unfortunately Monday was a very busy work day for me and I could call, so I called the next day and the person who answered told me that Mike was busy. I asked that he call me back. I never heard back, so I called again and Mike was busy again so I asked again if Mike could call me when he's free and I haven't heard back since.
