He thought for a second, then from memory ( he was in his car) he patiently described how to drill down several windows to a particular setting. I would never have found this on my own and the setting had a name I would never have imagined. I did as instructed and rebooted my laptop. PRESTO! Problem solved! This call might have been 5 minutes long and he solved my dilemma on the fly for free. He longer has a brick & mortar store, but will make an appointment to come to your location. The thing that impressed me the most about Atlas was the quick turn around for the work they accomplished. This is my second time using Justin's remote repair services and it was quick, easy and convenient. Computer repairs are like auto repairs, there is no convenient time for either. As a freelance writer with looming deadlines--I need my computer! I set up an appointment through the website in the morning for that same afternoon. Then, I was sent an email with instructions to allow access to remotely repair my computer. Justin called me before and after my session to explain everything. It was nice not having to pack up my laptop and have it sit in a shop for several days. I don't know if any computer repair places are open right now and for $39 (he even went over the 1/2 hour repair time and didn't charge extra) and his expertise, it's a great deal!
