I needed express care, not one of those places that wants you to leave your computer there for 2-3 weeks. Who can do that? So I read up on these reviews and got a really good feeling for this place. And I was right. I took my computer in, he diagnosed it while I waited and then repaired it within a couple of hours, calling me back right when he said he would. I am so happy, it works like a dream now. I had been getting the dreaded blue screen of death, and he restored the computer so it's working better than it ever was, and saved all of my data. His prices were super reasonable. He's not jacking up his prices like everyone else these days. I was also impressed at all the other customers who were coming through who acted as if they knew him and had been dealing with him for years. I wasn't surprised though. This is the kind of business that once you go here, there's certainly no reason to go anywhere else. Need a good honest, competent, reliable computer repair shop? You have found it.

I had been struggling with my laptop for weeks. The mouse kept jumping around and random windows…read morewould pop up then disappear. I tried many different possible solutions.... reinstalling mouse drivers, virus scans, reinstalling Windows, etc, etc. FRUSTRATING! I finally found Intellect Computer Service. I gave them a call and left a VM. John called me back within 30 minutes. He was very cheerful and asked what my problem was. I described my headache and the attempts I had made to solve it. He thought for a second, then from memory ( he was in his car) he patiently described how to drill down several windows to a particular setting. I would never have found this on my own and the setting had a name I would never have imagined. I did as instructed and rebooted my laptop. PRESTO! Problem solved! This call might have been 5 minutes long and he solved my dilemma on the fly for free. He longer has a brick & mortar store, but will make an appointment to come to your location. Needless to say, I was very appreciative of his help and greatly impressed by his knowledge. (AND, he was a very nice fellow!) Of course I highly recommend.

He called ahead of time, showed up on time, reset 2 routers, and gave me really great insight into the difference between 2.4 and 5ghz work. He showed me how to do speed tests, and we did speed tests throughout the house to see what worked better, where. He also reset my tv streaming services and helped me load another service in my TV.
