The second time was a DISASTER!!. Once again the staff were not friendly and had the attitude that they could care less they had a customer or not. They acted completely different when their "friends" dropped by to Yak which added insult. I needed a new keyboard installed on my Laptop and they said they would do it but the guy who worked on it did not know what he was doing and got the wrong model and on top of that this employee of a computer repair shop lifted up my laptop while HOLDING THE SCREEN WITH HIS THUMB!! THIS RESULTED IN MY SCREEN BEING DAMAGED AND RUINED MY DAMN LAPTOP!!

While he at that moment was unable to fix my phone, he recommended another shop 5 minutes away he was confident could repair my phone quickly, gave me an estimate ect. A protip when dealing with merchants/business owners in surrey, be nice/be calm. The neighborhood itself has a bad rap so understandably if you put out grief you may get it back so be nice to the person trying to help you fix your phone :)

This business will try to take as much money from you as they can. Nadeem insisted that we pay cash saying they had no card machine, they did some how after.... Clearly wanted to pocket the cash and not report it to the cra. One of his employees showed the sign that said "we take CASH as payment" but a note on the cash desk stating that they charge $1 for every $10 used on MasterCard/Visa was also present. Claimed that the machine was for the use of the other business they had in the shop.... this address is listed as only one business.... there's O2 computers in the same complex, save your money and get better service. Beware-they lied quite a few times during the process of the phone repair Reporting to CRA.
