Customer service needs improvement. Your staff needs customer service training. Yesterday we went there and bought 2 neckties. The sales lady wearing a white blouse seems looking down at us as if we are not going to buy or we do do not look like we can afford your products. We felt so uncomfortable the whole time we were inside your store although we bought 2 neckties. The old lady at the cashier is very unfriendly. We just asked if the box of the necktie does not come with tissue paper, and she responded in a very unrespectful way. We only asked because these neckties will be given as gift. Maybe they were looking down at us because we are simply dressed, but we were already carrying 3 big bags of Burberry and a bag of Fendi. Just to let you know we don't intend to come back to any Prada store anymore! Tell your staffs not to look down on any customer and don't judge anyone by the way they look or dress. Great location! Great customer service and great selection! This outlet by far has the most bag choice. The other have a few bags here and there but not as many as Prada. Also I liked that it was the same bags sold at the regular stores but 40% off with the exception of some with different handles. Out of all the outlets this one was the best in my opinion. read more

I purchased a makeup bag to give as a gift. I specifically asked the lady that checked me out if this was "real prada" and she reassured me that this was all returns from high end boutiques. That said i purchased with confidence. I was made to sign a 14 day return policy which i might add is ridiculous around christmas. When i went to wrap the gift i noticed the expensive makeup bag had no lining. This sparked suspicion so i purchased the exact same bag from Neiman Marcus and wouldn't you know the one from Neimans had a lining. This really upset me. I had been lied to. I called and spoke to a manager and he said the items at the outlet store were made only for the outlet store and they are different that what can be found in high end boutiques and Niemans. UGH. I asked if I could have a little more time to return it as I had been mislead at the time of purchase and the 14th day lands on 1/1/2019 and I'm so busy with Christmas and preparing for NYE. He said no I had to drive in before the deadline. So I drove in the 1 1/2 hours from Irvine and once there saw a 2 hour line to get in the store. (mind you there was at least 12-15 feet between each person inside the store) I asked to speak to the manager and explained the issue and he said too bad you have to get at the end of the line. I said well here take the bag, i'd rather lose the $118 spent on the makeup bag then stand an additional 2 hours in line to return it. He though both his hands up in the air and closed the door in my face!. I was incensed. i opened the door back up and through the bag back in his store. Stormed off and walked away. Moral of the story: 1. Prada at Cabazon is FAKE Prada only made for Cabazon. 2. The unreasonable return time period shows that management does not put the customer first. 3. The FAKE crowds they imagine to keep people waiting outside is nothing more than a FAKE Hype. 3. The management that would make someone stand in line for 2 hours to return an item that was purchased after having been lied to and who drove 1 1/2 hours is inept and clearly thinks PRADA is more important than those with money who prefer the real thing. It only let literally less than 10 people in the store at once for no reason because the store footprint is HUGE! It really doesn't make sense. There are barely any shade to wait in line. Make sure you packed the same stuff as you would go on a hike or go to Disneyland. Otherwise you may suffer from dehydration, sunburn or heatstroke. Or make your appointment online 2 weeks ahead to avoid waiting. I was there before the store opened and I had to wait for one hour to get in. The merchandise are made for outlets, you can even find them in the regular Prada stores. They are made in China, India, Romania.... so you are paying less for less. Not really a bargain. read more

Excellent customer service. Our sales rep was extremely friendly and kind and allowed me to try on at least 4 pair of shoes and brought out each one. Was always there to offer help and aid, but not pressuring at all. Also she allowed us to look all around the rest of the store at ready to wear and handbags. I then chose one pair of sneakers and she went ahead and took to the front for us. At checkout, I had no wait, and the store was filled even! The lovely young man at the front was very quick but also attentive and gracious! I definitely will always return to this Prada store each time I come back, and is now my favorite store here, way better than Gucci! read more

So I come to the Desert Hills Premium Outlets to give it a whirl after hearing acclaim for it from friends. I came here from a long drive from Vegas and into a hurry towards Anaheim. Anyway, I came here because I really love designer names and just purchased something from the Gucci store and Coach Men's store. The Prada store is located farther away and I had little time on my hands to check this place out. I was basically power-walking to this store. So I simply walked into the store. I did not have anything in mind of something to buy, so I wasn't really expecting to purchase something. Upon entering, I felt a slight turn-off; the sales floor resembles somewhat of a retail Prada boutique. Having just purchased something from the Gucci store, I was immediately taken aback by its simplistic atmosphere (as if I was in Macy's or something of that nature). The Prada store has large video screens showing the Fashion Shows! Luckily I am not one who is easily intimidated, but the shopping experience is just more enjoyable when things are simple. The display of merchandise is real neat, kind of like the retail store; I then found the Men's section. There I found a real striking murse (aka man-purse). I fell in love with the look and the price. What really made me like this store was the sales associate I approached. She was really friendly and helpful. We actually began to break out in conversation. She then offered me an new bag from the stockroom rather than the one that had been sitting on the shelf. I appreciate that! My only worry is if the stock here is "made for the outlet", I am not the biggest fan of that. When I looked inside the inner tags said "made in Italy". A green light in my book. Don't come expecting to get a bag here for under $300, considering most Prada bags on average go for $1500 from what I've seen. Come with an open mind, a product to consider, and expect to pay a couple hundreds for something of great value. Now I have a great Prada murse that matches my Prada wallet. Check this place out! Waited an hour in line without moving, then we were told that they were on lunch. With at least 80 people waiting outside. Finally when they "opened" the line did not move at all. No one came out to apologize or anything. The security was inside in the nice warmth without so much as a peek outside. The Gucci line moved faster than this. Then when we went inside service was terrible and the store was disorganized. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. They need new management and a better form of organization. read more

Horrible Customer Service and poor management!!!!! After selecting a purse from the display, I noticed it was a little dusty. I politely asked a sales associate to check the inventory to see if a clean one was available. The sales associate, whose name tag was not visible, scoffed and rolled her eyes at my request. She stated that was the last purse of its kind available. While waiting in line to pay for the purse, I asked another sales associate, whose name tag read "Leticia," if she could check the inventory to see if a clean one was available. Leticia went to the back room and found one. That is the type of customer service I would have expected from the first sales associate to whom I spoke. The most troubling, humiliating and traumatic aspect of the experience was the treatment my husband and toddler son received. While I was waiting in line to purchase the purse, my three year old son was playing with my cellphone and took a picture. Although there are no signs prohibiting photography in the store, a security guard immediately escorted my son and husband out of the store. There was no warning. I believe the actions by the first sales associate and the security guard were due solely to my ethnicity and constitute violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which states its purpose was to "Eliminate the unfairness, humiliation, and insult of racial discrimination in facilities which purport to serve the general public." I did not receive a call from them until a letter was written and read by corporate office 2months later and even then the store manager took for ever to call me back even when she was asked by the Store Director. Purchased women's backpack with zipper outside pockets on 727/21 - called store today at Premium hills , Cabazon California where I purchased the item- I wanted to exchange with buckle pockets instead spoke with Bruce to make sure it is available due to 1 -1/2 hr drive - Bruce confirmed it was In stock and I mentioned to Bruce it's going to take me over an hour drive , he mentioned no worries come on over . When I arrived , there over 20 people in line and I asked Victor who is their Loss and prevention staff if they can make exceptions since I had called earlier and exchanged transaction will only take less than 5 minutes. I was denied and was told to go to end of line in an over 100 degrees weather - unfortunately I am a senior citizens with medications that will cause problem in extremely hot sun . This is my first time to shop at Prada and considering to start in a Prada Collection - I was told from my colleague that Prada's customer services exceeds beyond their expectations compared to other high end products. I left very disappointed and will no longer be a returning guest . I am not asking to be treated special , i was only asking for an exception since i had made contact prior to driving over . BE AWARE! The products they carry are not what you will find in regular stores and they are obviously not the same quality. I purchased a pair of ballet shoes with big bowknot on top and it fell off after 2 mos. leather edge bubbled all of a sudden and the shoes became impossible to wear. I called store and got the expected "no return or exchange" policy BS and I was asked for original receipt and then "we can discuss it". I didn't keep the original receipt because I didn't see it coming. I mean, who will expect a $200+ leather shoe from PRADA to fall apart within 2 mos. I don't plan to shop in this store in the future since I don't think they carry PRADA quality products. It is very disappointing and even seems dishonesty business. Worst shopping experience at Prada/Miu Miu store ever. Staff were disorganized and checkout took forever. There were only two customers ahead of me and took me 30 mins to get to the cashier. Now the disgusting part -- they brought out the shoe I picked but the price tag was DIFFERENT! It was exactly the same pair I tried on (cuz it was the last pair in store) but $70 more. I make it a point to come here when in Southern California. Since it is an outlet store you never know what you are going to find. Sometimes I find one-off garments that look like they came off the runway. Sometimes I find nothing to buy.. but that is OK as just seeing the stunning garments is a treat. It's best NOT to go on weekends as its' packed and although they have a lot of staff in their store, it's never enough. I go on weekdays and even more, the best time to go is when it's raining!! No one is shopping at Cabazon at all then! I am really impressed by Bonnye the salesperson who has been there over the years. She will help you in finding extra sizes when you are in the changing room and has a lot of knowledge about the company and garments. I have seen her over the years and always ask her for help. So glad that she continues to work there!! In the past I have found really great deals and greater mark downs but since 2020 I haven't seen the great deals I have seen in the past. I was given a NEW bag from the back room and the authenticity 2018 card is NOT there and Cindy the manager printed me another card without 2018 and this bag suppose to be a gift for family mamber she loves Prada and I didn't want her to think this is 2014 because the bag 1BA106 was issued previously and used bag! This Prada outlet definitely wins the award for Most Obnoxious Store at Desert Premium Outlets. I knew it was a bad sign from the beginning when there was an actual "Bouncer-Guy", yes, I kid you not... a Bouncer monitoring the lines entering the store. What is this... some cheesy nightclub on the Vegas Strip??!! A lot of the best clothing was hanging high up... so you had to get a Sales Associate to retrieve it for you. There was a Latino saleslady who was quite nice (my single star goes to her). But the blond lady with the coiffed hair and too-bright lipstick... ugh. I could tell it took all her internal might to plaster on her fake smile to assist the customers. Bad Energy. The sales were eh. I'll definitely skip this Prada Circus next time... there are much better stores at Desert Premium--without the Fussy Micromanagement. read more

I took a friend from overseas to outlet for Black Friday shopping. We came to Prada store and purchasing a sale jacket $2000 and on sale for $900 plus tax , total came out $1025. My friend is using foreign credit card to purchase and credit card company ask to verify the purchase. When we tried to ask store to use their phone to call verify and store manager declined the request. Her attitude was pretty rude and not willing to help. All the other high end store we visited before and was able to call for us. The employee and store manager is rude , I do not recommend people to use foreign credit card here. Wow, I could NOT understand the reviews for this place. Then I noticed they were both by men. OK, I'll give you both the benefit of the doubt -- maybe the men's section sucks. But I wouldn't know because I'm busy spending hours dropping my credit cards in the women's section. The purse and shoe section is To. Die. For. I almost always leave here with at LEAST one pair of amazing shoes...usually more like three pairs...and almost always at half price or less. You Prada fans know that it is VERY difficult to find current season, cute Prada shoes at this price. Maybe you can get an ugly pair from 2 seasons ago at DSW. But this? This is heaven. Flats, heels, anything you want from this season or recent last season at way lower prices. It's amazing. Then there are the purses. My God, the purses. They're less discounted, but still quite respectably priced, for Prada and/or Miu Miu. They're arranged like an art installation. So are the shoes. I could stare at them forever. Yes, Prada does size things small. That's what they do. They're couture. It sucks, but they're hardly the only design house to do this. I'm 5'10 and reasonably thin, and I have to buy a 44, which is at the bigger end, but I suck it up and do it, because the clothes always make me look so fabulous. It would be nice if we could change the whole couture industry and get more equitable sizing, but that's an undertaking for another person. Again, I will be too busy looking at fabulous shoes. One final great thing about the Prada outlet...their sales associates are not snobby or rude. At the regular Prada boutiques, I often catch the SA's sizing up my jewelry and my shoes to try to gage whether I am a "serious buyer," or chatting with eachother and too busy to hep the likes of me if I am in jeans. Not here. Very friendly people who are willing to help you look fabulous and indulge your thrill in the discounts. So, true Prada fanatics...go forth and enjoy Space in Desert Hills. Long, long lines with very few staff at cash registers. The lines seeming get wider with many people and families line jumping, rather than getting longer. Better organization is needed for this shop. Customers, such as myself, are certainly left feeling unserved and underwhelmed, while still paying very extravagant prices for the high-end luxury goods. Be warned, I knocked what would have been a 5-star review to a 3-star because while folks wait in the extraordinarily long queues, Prada staff are asking customers to fill out 'mailing list' questionnaires, collecting PII information from unsuspecting customers. This personally identifiable information and data can then be used to sell to marketing companies for targeting and reuse. Placed order over the phone. The sales associate that assisted me with checking if item was available in store was clearly in a rush. Once she confirmed item was in stock I was immediately transferred to cashier to complete purchase. I asked the cashier questions about specifics of bag just to make sure it was the correct item before completing phone order. The cashier seemed annoyed that I was asking questions and replied with snark remark, "The sales associate would not steer you in the wrong direction, she knows what she's doing". Well the sales associate was very short with me and never allowed me to ask questions that's why I was asking cashier. She took my payment information and continued talking over me and cutting me off while I was proving information. Nevertheless I kept my cool because I was just so happy they had item in stock that I've been waiting to get my hands on. A few rude associates that forget that their job is to serve people, but the ones that are polite and friendly are great to work with. Bought a few items from here and the lady and man that helped me separately were both very polite and extremely friendly. It's a shame that a few uppity sales people ruin it for other people. You can expect to get around 25%-50% off here for certain items. Quite a good selection but shoes definitely sell quick so sizes can be limited. read more

Sadly Prada and so many other European houses are selling off their brand by offering items not made in Italy (instead made in China, Romania, etc.) at slightly discounted but still very high prices. I am 6' 190 and couldn't fit into a size large shirt, my shoulders wouldn't even fit after i put my left arm in. WORST Prada store I've ever been to. The sales associates are rude and not helpful whatsoever. Sales associates and manager have a sense of ownership although they do not WHATSOEVER own the store or the brand! They profile and are racist and immature whispering comments to each other. These people are a disgrace to the brand. I went in to exchange a pair of loafers for a larger size and one lady handed me off to another gentleman once she noticed I was already carrying a Prada bag. My shoe came and I was ready for my exchange however still shopping around until the same lady returned with another lady asking to see my receipt. So embarrassing and harassing I told them I was just in there last week and I'm well aware of what the return/exchange policy is. One of them rudely interrupted me and insisted they needed to check the receipt with some bullshit excuse as to why. I decided to just return the damn shoes. The sales reps do act like they own the brand it's disgusting. I waited forever for the manager after already waiting in line. He didn't care whatsoever was even more rude. These people forget what customer service is. We are the customers... you're there to serve so do your job and get yours heads out of your asses. Love this store!!! You can buy a pair of heels,a wallet and a handbag for the full priced of an in season handbag at a Prada boutique. So what if there last seasons,It's still Prada and not a factory line. The few cons i ran into: In the shoe area you have to beg for help. It took me raising my voice to a SA to get his attention. I can't speak for all of the SA but the one i had was rude. He rolled his eyes at me and dragged his feet helping me. But when he was in the back looking for my size. Another SA started to help me and she got the sale credit. Very poor selection of shoe sizes but can't bitch too much. My family and I will never step foot in this store again. We walked in and weren't even greeted by staff. Weird looks and an eerie, uncomfortable feeling came over us all. Shopping experience was not great. There was not enough personnel so employees just handed you the item you were interested and did not provide any info-no price, no details, no model info. They try to sell me a display item claiming that it was the last one which was a lie. Purchased a black purse and I'm not too pleased with quality of purse it looks like my moms cheap purse.
