I had 65 pounds of statements, documents and other assorted papers from my business that needed to be shredded. I called around (FedEx, The UPS Store, Staples, Office Depot) and found that Anaheim Storage was the lowest cost. I spoke with Brandy on the phone and she was wonderful. She explained the process of how the paper was stored then shredded with documentation. I did have to load the papers in the bin myself but it was worth the 30% savings over the other stores. Couldn't have been more happy with the experience. read more

Great place. It has very good rates, clean ans safe building, and Gilbert gave me excellent customer service.

This is my first experience renting a storage unit. The online website made it easy to reserve a unit. On my move in day, I was shown my unit and provided with detailed instructions on how to access my unit. Each time I come in, I am greeted by the friendly staff. There are dollies/carts and a lift to use. I am impressed by this business and would highly recommend it! read more

I HIGHLY recommend this place, also they have this super special that couldn't believe at first, they can provide a big truck to move in your stuff already included in a very good price they gave me. I wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of Pouch self storage. I have used many self storage facilities but this company by far is the best. The facilities are well maintained and their staff is friendly. The people make you feel like family. A special shout out goes to Mike. He is always friendly. He greets you with a smile and does what he can to accommodate your specific needs. He is bilingual and makes a point of memorizing every unit and owner. The prices are reasonable. I hate that I have to store my stuff but couldn't think of a better place to have the things I value. Thank you Pouch and thank you Mike, the company is lucky to have such a great representative read more

It really does looks like a Public Storage facility but I was told it never has been. Get your directions straight before you move into the unit because it's easy to get lost in the maze of units with flimsy doors. Nice staff and very clean. Quite impressive. read more

Pouch Self Storage - Main entrance - Self Storage Near Me - Anaheim, California

I have been with Pouch Self Storage of Anaheim, Ca. for over 2 1/2 yrs. and the customer service I have recieved by Jeremy Ball has been above and beyond any customer service I have ever recieved in the past. He is kind and caring with my 3 kids who can be a handfull at times but he is always willing to lend a hand or ear. It was very concerning to me when I asked another employee if he got a response from the review I gave back on 9/23 or 9/24 and was told due to the fact it wasnt done on yelp it doesn't in simple words matter. I think when you make a difference in a company no matter how big or small their position as Jeremy has, positive influences are part of the recipe in building a 500 fortune company. Sincerely, Stacey Salem read more

I received the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life from Michael. I do not recommend anyone coming to this location due to his behavior and the way he spoke to us paying customers. My boyfriend had already purchased a storage and we were moving things out. Our other roommate wanted to use their truck service so my boyfriend went in and signed the paperwork for it. The next day when my roommate tried to pick up the truck but Michael yells at her and says that she is playing games with him. We were unaware that the truck service was used for moving in only. He kept yelling at her and told her to get out and that if she keeps acting up he will deny her entry. However if he had never disrespected his customers then she wouldn't have had to defend herself against him. My boyfriend and I had to drive all the way from work just to speak with this Michael. He was extremely rude and said that we weren't customers yet we paid for our storage. I wish I could give them 0 stars. He says that he has worked there for over 20 years....I hope he doesn't ever speak to other customers the way he yelled at us over his misunderstanding. read more

Cleanliness was a plus but it definitely didn't make up for the confusing layout of the place and the rude staff. I asked the man at the front desk how to get to my unit and he scoffed at me and said "doesn't take a genius, it's pretty self-explanatory." Really??? Wow!! Their storage units also have flimsy doors. Not sure how secure one would feel about putting super valuable goods. read more

For all your storage needs I recommend this place. Jeremy, Michael, and Paul are all very helpful. We have the peace of mind knowing that there is 24 hour surveillance and strict access policies. Prices are reasonable and we love the idea that there is a rental truck on site for all large items. read more

Wow, the security here is phenomenal! I know the hours are more limited and the rules a little tight for some people but it is all truly for your safety and to protect your precious belongings and special memories among with them. I know it's just a storage facility, to store stuff i shouldn't have accumulated in the first place... But, I have to say, it's always a pleasant experience when i find i need to get stuff or (God forbid) add things to my storage unit. I want to compliment you on your staff. It seems when i access my storage unit, Michael is the staff member I usually interact with. He always has my key ready for me when i walk in the door and is available to help if its required. Its nice to walk into a business and interact with employees who put the customer first. read more
