Pouch Self Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Anaheim, California

This place was awesome very kind staff and knowledgeable I would recommend this place if anyone is in need of storage

We've had our storage unit at Pouch in Anaheim for at least 10 years now, and it has only gotten better. With the upgrade in security, the guarantee use of carts, the clean facility given how long it has been around, and the great customer service we've received over the years, there's no other place we'd rather go. Paul and the rest of the staff have been so wonderful! A++++ highly recommend! read more

Been with them 7 years and they have been very easy to work with! PROS They are very good in notifying when the property will not be open for business (e.g. repaving the parking lot, etc.) Units are down long brightly lit halls. Doors are easy to open/roll up. As for the storage unit itself, we need to bring our own light, like a large flashlight or two. Rental increase is about every 1.5-2yrs. About $25. CONS: The Anaheim parking lot is small. They do not allow POD's, at all. You have to sign in to get your lock key You have to sign out to return your lock key No use of their dumpster allowed. read more

The facility is well run, maintained, secure, and clean. The staff is friendly too. I like how there's surveillance in place and a strong system to make sure the only people going into the storage units are the actual owners. Very happy with the setup. read more

Mark was so helpful. He made the rental process very smooth and welcoming. He even offered and showed me multiple units so that I could decide, which one I wanted. I was calling around and getting prices for storage units when I came to this one. Mike/owner was so nice on the phone. He helped me immediately and I had a unit before I could count to 3. So professional and kind. Very friendly man. So, we reserved our unit over the phone. My husband and I went in to fill out paperwork and Michelle's and Deon were just great! They signed us up and showed us the unit and explained everything. This is a top notch place !! Anyone looking for a safe, convenient and VERY WELL RUN operation look no further. Nike over Anaheim pouch self storage was very generous, from the start. Didn't pressure us to go with any unit if we didn't want to or weren't ready. We didn't need a big storage, he said not to worry to come down tomorrow and he'll get us a smaller one. It was great ! read more

great place and can trust your items will be safe Paul great dude high quality business definitely worth it.

everyone was so nice and understanding very clean and well mannerred 10/10 recommended

Came here to shred about 35 pounds of paper. Didn't care how much at was, just wanted the three bags gone. They wanted me to individually put the papers in a trash can? Isn't this the service that I'm paying for? If I had time to individually put in paper out, then I would have simply shred it myself. Please come up with a better system. Grabbed my bags and went to UPS and they did this for me with no problem. read more

Super helpful service from Kelly! Highly recommend, efficient and straight to the point.

I had a family member who needed a storage facility so I referred them to this facility nearby. They later thanked me and said Deon was amazing, patient, professional and took the time to help her understand what unit size she may need- which she got. She said he was busy, calls and another customer in the lobby but he was polite, didn't ignore her and said I will help you soon- which he did. Kudos Pouch Storage for training your employees in outstanding customer service and kudos to Deon for providing it! read more

Customer experience was very exceptional! Front workers are very helpful and had a nice attitude. I definitely recommend!

Wendy was an absolutely incredible shredding specialist. I imagine she's had significant training but that doesn't stop her from being cordial and helpful and everything one would want in a shredding facility. Bear in mind that you will have to feed your papers in to the trashcan through a slot, but that's a small price to pay for the security of a fine establishment like this. Wendy was just delightful, give her a raise. read more
