I called ahead to make sure the passport photo service was offered and the camera was working before headed in. I was coming in after both local CVS left me high and dry due to lack of service or lack of equipment working. Postal Annex got the job done fast and right on the first try. It was a breeze and my photos were perfect. If you want easy no hassle passport photos and don't mind paying a little more (minus one star), definitely come here. read more

This location sucks! The owners are abrupt and unfriendly. I've encountered this attitude almost every time I drop in, which I only do when I am going to the gym a few doors away. I recommend Postal Annex Del Mar on Via de La Valle where the ladies are always kind and friendly. read more

Color copies are two dollars for this location. Not suitable if you are printing fundraising flyers for schools. Got to Postal Annex on Valley Center by Carmel Creek price at 69 cents. read more

$12 for a 15 inch box. I'm not talking shipping costs, this was with a prepaid FedEx label. He knew I didn't have a box so he knew that I would probably pay whatever he could get away with charging me. Buyer beware. If you are going to ship something, you better bring your own box! read more

Ken was very helpful under a stressful situation. I needed to get some medication over nighted for a friend and it needed to be kept cold. He went above and beyond in making it happen. I so appreciate his efficiency and willingness to make it happen. Thank You Ken!!!! read more

I had a horrible experience there. Very rude unprofessional unreliable. There are many other places to go and do my business instead of this place. Customers beware don't waste your time and money read more

Friendly people. But hey don't take DHL so I wasted my time driving here. All postal annexes are supposed to take it, so I'm a bit bitter

Owner sent message justifying double charging on a simple fax I guess it's more valuable to you charge on something so simple than retain a customer that potentially could've given you more business .. not a smart move :( read more

Had to do ship few things out. Great customer service here by the gentleman! Quick and easy.

I've been using this store because of it's close proximity to my office. The 2 main reasons I go here are: Great service by the owners Convenient The prices are high, but that's the price you pay for convenience. There's never a wait, and they get the job done. 'Nuff said! read more

Customer Service is very unfriendly. I brought in a Fed Ex return and asked for a receipt and got a unfriendly reply and expression even with a mask on. Before COVID-19, the same lady employee gave me an angry look when asked for help. I've located another Postal Annex, will not return to this one again read more

I'm grateful for this family run postal annex. They ship, take passport photos, provide notary services, and have a fun selection of excellent books, cute stuffed animals, and gorgeous cards if you need to pop a little something extra into a gift. Ken is always so kind and helpful. They've repackaged parcels for me when I've done a sloppy job and always make suggestions on how to ship at the best available price. read more

Recently moved my office around the corner from this business and I stopped in to drop off a package. The woman behind the counter made such a big fuss when I asked her to tape the box shut. Made a rude remark "I don't understand you!" and gave me a lecture. Every other location, this was always customary. It's too bad that my office is so close yet I'll never come here again for my shipping and supply needs. read more

I dropped off a pkg for Fedex ground, within CA shipping. I was told it would take 2 days to reach the central valley. 3 days later, it hasn't arrived. It's in northern CA. Before I agreed to fedex shipping, I asked about USPS. The man told me they had already picked up. I was almost to my car when I saw a USPS worker pick up items from Solano Bch Postal Annex. read more

I took a small point and shoot, camera into this Postal Annex, off Loma Santa Fe to be mailed out. The lady got me a very small shipping box and asked what shipping method I wanted. I said, "the least expensive." The least expensive to her was +$29.00 I said, "I ship out large motorcycle backpacks for $15, how is a small camera $30? She said that's what it is. I said I'll take it to USPS and ship it from there. I paid $4! for a .10 cent box and went to USPS where I spent $11 for 2nd day Air! I will DEFINITELY not be back!!! RIP OFF!! read more

As I understand it, this store is run by a husband and wife. Today, while interacting with the wife I was shocked to be reprimanded for not bringing my own tape to affix a label to the front of a package that I paid for at the very same Postal Annex. I used this Postal Annex because I had a lot to ship this month and it is close to my work. I have spent over $50 on shipping materials from this store this month alone. It isn't like I just walked in and demanded she tape a label to the front of a package that I did not purchase there. The only reason why I am not giving one star to this establishment is because the husband of the duo was very nice and accommodating in the past. Had I interacted with him today, I think this would have went a whole lot better. read more

Look no further, I've had a mailbox here for a couple of years now and I visit the store almost every week. The owners are very friendly and courteous to me when I ask for my mail and if I have any packages. Also their store is packed with many helpful and creative items. I really enjoy coming here! read more

Always find the couple who run this Postal Annex to be so helpful. They tape the box for me and take the package with a smile. They are a pleasure to do business with. read more

I wish I had seen Yelp reviews before going here. Tape seems to be a real issue with this woman - very rude! I question whether my parcel will even arrive at its destination based on the lack of adhesive to the address label. When we realized the pre-addressed label I had lacked a self-sticking back, she wanted to give me scotch tape then reluctantly tore off 1 strip of packing tape to affix the address label. Two-thirds of the label was still left exposed to tear off in transit when she threw it in the stack of parcels. Fingers crossed it makes it and this place crossed off my list of convenient postal shops. Owner should realize tape is less valuable than customers. read more

I've been going here for the past 4 years and I always get great customer service!!

Both owners were very friendly and thorough with explaining all shipping options available. They are upfront and honest about their prices and do their best to offer the cheapest option for their customers. They helped assemble my package with care, which I was very happy about. Highly recommend to anyone looking to ship out packages!!! read more
