    After posting my brutally honest review, I received fake threats from an "attorney".... lol after posting my review. After doing some research found out the "attorney" who private messaged me on yelp : Anna K , is probably the owner/ family member @ this location. Since I seen multiple "fake" reviews posted by this individual praising their own business, Postal annex. I just am utterly disgusted at how I was treated by the owner of this place, FIRST OF all he was NOT EVEN wearing his mask properly and used skimpy OLD baby wipes from the corner store to wipe the live scan fingerprinting machine. ESPECIALLY DURING A TIME OF A PANDEMIC RIGHT NOW??? This is not WHAT I EXPECTED? On top of that TOOK ONE HOUR TO complete the whole process, he DOES NOT know ANYTHING about the live scan process....He asked me and my sister questions on what to click on his computer screen LOL. AND WASTED 3 LIVE SCAN APPLICATIONS FOR MY FAMILY AND I ? HOW IRONIC that this anna k person left a bad review for appliance repair master demanding for a measly 200 back... but refuses to reimburse more than that to his client. Absolutely dissatisfied and ashamed that this is one of the faces of post annex. I hope Post annex franchise sees this and reconsiders who they have represent THEIR FRANCHISE.

    Great Service. I go here rather than the post office. No lines, cheaper, friendlier, more options.

My last couple of visits were excellent. In fact, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if the store was "under new management, or whether it had been sold to a new owner." His response: "Same ownership, new employees." Why? It was clear that - with one exception - there were ALL NEW employees working. When I arrived, just before Christmas, the line was nearly to the door. I initially settled in and expected to be there at least thirty (30) minutes. Boy, was I wrong! The line moved so swiftly, I was up to the counter and done in no time. My second trip back today - to return Amazon delivery - was equally as fast. These folks are now operating with great efficiency and excellent customer service... a complete turnaround. Since I ripped them so hard before, I thought it only right to give credit when it's due. Now the frustration starts, when we drove to Sacramento to file our documents, the staff noticed one of our names was misspelled incorrectly. They said I had to drive back and get that notarized fixed but driving two hrs and back sounds insane but thankfully one of the staff was able to get our documents notarized and spelled correctly. Yes, I was charged another $30 to get it notarized again. But the notary said you should be able to get your documents refunded with a letter from the state. When we return, we drove back to the UPS store and we explained our situation. The situation was the staff misspelled one of our names and they said sorry theres no refund but we charged for our service. I get that I was charged for the service but the service was incorrect and not adequate. It was the staff mistake and she was the one in-charge of the notary and I should be able to get my refund back. It's not my fault, I wasn't the one who wrote the notary. If you're the notary, please double check your spelling before returning back the documents to the customer.
