If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. This man gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I came in for a live scan, the store is filthy and cluttered and neither one of the workers were wearing a mask. Shortly after I arrived and asked about the live scan services, I was berated for not having a driver license (which should not have concerned him what so ever). Secondly HE ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME $94 DOLLARS FOR THIS LIVE SCAN which is a solid $30 more than any other place I have ever been to. I was fully prepared to deal with the horrible and overprice d service until I started watching him work and he looked just a clueless as I did. After standing there for 15 minutes while he made no progress I gave up asked for my belongings and left. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The owner is an asshole. Although fingerprinting is offered and I came on time, he made up a reason not to give me the service. He said he refused for a girl who came at 6:30 and so he will not do it for me. His wife was trying to help hearing my ordeal to drive all the way from Walnut Creek. But he made a drama that his wife is making a drama. And he disrespectfully sent me out. Also he talks in his native Indian language abusing his wife at the shop. DO NOT COME HERE! They messed up on my fingerprints, tried to blame me for their mistake, and had me pay again. They forgot to write my social security number when they sent my fingerprints and blamed me for not telling them.. It's their job, I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your own job. I went here to get something mailed overnight as it was an important document that needed to go out and it was closer to my work on my lunch hour. They young kid there said his manager told him not to take any packages or mail anything as he was only open for 2-3 hrs. This is just ridiculous. I went here because it was conveinent and wasn't going to make it to the post office in time after work. Also the kid said you're layer could be sitting here for days before it gets picked up. My advice if you need anything shipped out don't go here. If they offered 0 stars I would give this place 0 stars. read more

I went in to have a live scan of my fingerprints at this store because it was near my home. The first time I went in the owner said that the live scan computer was down and come back 45 minutes later. He did not offer to call me when the computer was up. An hour later, I called the business and the phone went to voicemail. I decided to take my chances and drive to this location again. The scanner would not take my fingerprints properly and the owner Stated that I had to go somewhere else to do the scan. He was flustered because there was a long line of people waiting to have services completed, so I was dismissed. This was after he had been rude to the lady in front of me who was completing a transaction and taking too much time. In addition, the store was not clean and an overall appearance which was unprofessional. I went to another postal Annex in Fremont and had the opposite experience. This owner needs to step up his game. I will never step foot in that store again! read more

this place advertises that they repair laptops. my daughters laptop for collage was in need of repair so my wife took it to him. he told her that he would call her with the diagnosis in the next few days. a week went by and no phone call, so I stopped by after work to see what was going on. when I asked him what the diagnosis was (which I might add I already knew what needed to be fixed) , it was obvious to me that he had no idea. it was at this point in time that he disclosed to me that the computer was off sight at a company called annex computer and he would call and find out the status of my computer. when he called the laptop hat still not been diagnosed, he told me he would call me when he gets a diagnoses. so a few days went by and yet again I had to contact him at which time he informed me that it would cost $195 and it will be done by Friday (two weeks later). so Friday came and went and mike the owner never contacted me. I went by postal annex on sat Aug. the 15th and it was closed which is not what in there hours of operation stated, so on Monday I called while at work an he disclosed to me that the part that came was defective and that he had to try and get another piece to "try" and fix it again and he would let me know if he could repair my computer by 2:30 pm that same day. again i was not contacted by 2:30 so I stopped by. I was given a bunch of excuses that i felt where lies and long story short he told me that he could not fix my computer by soldering in a new piece and that the whole board would need to be replaced at a cost of $350.00. I told him that i wanted my laptop back as soon as possible because i do not feel that they are being honest or professional to which his response was yeah, yeah, yeah. they fallowing day my wife drove to annex computer, got my daughters laptop and took it directly to central computers in Newark. there diagnoses took one day and they called us. they disclosed to us that they in fact can fix the computer without replacing the board and that it would only cost $135 ( that's $60 cheaper then postal annex). i am floored and appalled at the manor in which the owner of postal annex chooses to conduct business. it is my opinion that establishments like his are destroying the fabric of our community , and it is my advise to not use this establishment for any of the services he lists that he provides. I`m absolutely disgusted!!!! Also an added foot note i noticed that most of his store supplies including power strips seemed to be cheap, cheap items of dollar store quality that were rather pricey. if i could give postal annex negative stars i would!!!!!! read more
