The quality of service I received here was always solid. He's fast too. Several shipping options. Rates are solid.

I'm not usually the type to write reviews, but my experience with this business was quite extraordinary. I'm helping my mother move, and honestly it's been nothing less then "an event". Walking into this store I had a million questions. I needed boxes and shipping tape, I had to ship some very important paintings, and I'm on a budget. The owner was very informative and let me know my multiple options. He didn't try to "upsell" me on anything I didn't need and was very sympathetic to my plight. Over the next few days I called with more questions and I was always greeted with a kind response. Postal Pack N Ship will receive my return business. read more

Slow moving clerk. He had to finish writing an email for 10 min before he handled my shipments. Nice guy but do not come here in a hurry. It's like going back in time 30 years. :) Not only was it a very slow experience, i was charged $17 to send a 1lb item locally (in LA) regular speed! Fedex Ground was the cheapest thing he had! Somehow it was still $17. Post office rates are way better. I love to support mom and pop shops but this one gets a pass. read more

I had this shipping company send me some items I won at an auction. The shipper was very cooperative and shipping was very prompt. If you are shipping from LA this is the way to go. read more

This facility is wonderful. The customer service is over the top and the pricing is reasonable to say the least. They also offer notary services which is good to know. I will be recommending them to businesses and friends. read more

I've been to Postal Pack n Ship around 5 times. The first 2, the clerk was a young man who was very polite, excited, and eager to help. I had never had any problems. The next 3, the clerk was Robert, who I assume (and from other Yelp reviews) is the owner. The past 3 times have been OK, met with a lot of attitude and grunt. Maybe it wasn't his day, that's fine. This time (third time with Robert), I was sending a FedEx package and a DHL package (both things I have done before here). The DHL package needed a commercial invoice to send internationally, which, if I were having it picked up by DHL at my office, I would have done myself. However, from previous experiences at Postal Pack N Ship, I knew they did the invoice for me, which I loved. This time, Robert asked me where the invoice was, I told him I hadn't made one (weird, I thought, as he normally does it for me off of my packing slip). He prints one out for me, and I fill it out. At the end of the visit, he says "that'll be 3 dollars." I thought it was a joke, I had never been charged anything there before since the companies I ship to are the ones being charged. I asked for what, and he said for the invoice. $3 for a black and white sheet of paper, plus making a copy (I know that DHL requires a copy of the invoice.) That's $1.50 each. Not only was this service completely different to what I had experienced with the other clerk before, it is also ridiculous to charge $3 for two sheets of black ink on white paper, especially when it's not something that had been said before (he could have mentioned he was going to charge!) I will not be returning here again, instead I'll have DHL pickup from me directly. read more

Folks here are kind, quick, and courteous. My LiveScan service took all of 10 minutes, compared to the 2 hours it took for a similar service at the police station. Great locally-owned store, with a beautiful old Labrador keeping me company to boot. read more

I shipped a package using Fed ex through this store. The address for the package was to a PO Box. The owner told me that Fed Ex had a new policy and that it was OK to ship to PO Boxes. The price for shipping the package was about $35. Fed Ex ended up returning the package telling me they DO NOT ship to Po Boxes. I asked the owner for store credit to reship the package to residential address since he had given me FALSE information. He said it was not his fault and refused to give me store credit or a refund, making me have to pay for shipping twice. read more

These guys were quick, competent and competitive in pricing. They helped me ship out a VERY large painting to the Chicago area and went over and above to arrange to pick up, crate and freight the item in an expert and timely manner. I was impressed with how carefully and expertly the packaged the item to ensure proper and safe delivery. I would recommend them for any shipping services of art work and am appreciative for the excellent customer service they provided. read more

Absolutely sensational service! Five stars is not enough to rate my experience with Postal Pack n Ship.
