Mang Nick and staff has always been friendly, and box pickup has always been prompt and on time. In addition, Mang Nick and staff straps the boxes at no additional charge for extra security. There's a slight discount if you drop off your box at the Eagle Rock office, but I love the convenience to getting the heavy boxes picked up. Balikbayan boxes are sent by ship, so shipment takes about a month to a month and a half, depending on the destination in the Philippines.

Patrick was very good at explaining how the process works and was not pushy to get me to sign up. I visited the business the next day and Patrick set me up with my new mailbox.
