He said they closed at 4. It was 3:59 and I shared with him I was waiting there while he was talking and he looked at his Phone and said "now it's 4" and I asked him if he was kidding and he said no. Then he said, "fine I can ship it for you what do you need?"... I said I needed to ship something then he said "oh sorry yeah we are closed - we closed at 4 it's now 4:02" I looked at him and said "this is why I never come here" he responded with, "good." Every time I've been to this UPS they speak negatively about other ups Locations and never offer help and if you ask for help they say no I drive the extra 10 mins usually for the Silverlake location. That's the best one on the east side. Always the best customer service.

That price to mail a box USPS to Australia was about $67. Seriously! I went to the post office straight after - the ACTUAL price? $17! To top it off, they are shockingly rude. To the point of dropping things in front of me as I reached out, instead of handing them to me, and walking away as I was in mid-sentence. That kind of service ain't worth the $50 they tacked onto the actual price. Stay well away, head to any one of the SUPER friendly and efficient post offices in the area.
