The 3rd time is a charm. As part of our move from San Francisco to Aurora, CO, we decided to ship…read moreour EV, rather than suffer range anxiety while out on the range. It was a big decision because we had used other services to ship other cars in the past and, on both occasions, those cars suffered pretty severe damage. We were referred to moveauto by the moving company that is transporting our household possessions. The furniture move coordinator assured us that we had nothing to worry about based on the fact that he'd been referring customers to moveauto for several years with no complaints. Here's what I liked: They picked up and delivered the car within the time range specified. At first they wanted us to drive across town to meet the driver in a shopping mall's parking lot. Instead, the driver said he could pick it up from our house. That was a big plus. They delivered the car on time and in good condition. Monica, who coordinated the move, was there to answer questions along the way. There was some confusion over the name of the trucking company that picked up the car (It was LVIV, not moveauto). We had some questions about the timing and logistics surrounding the pick-up, and she resolved them. The drivers were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The price was comparable to alternatives, and we figured it is on a par with what it would have cost us to drive to Denver, taking into account meals, hotel stays, and charging the car. I highly recommend moveauto.

I requested four quotes, and Matthew Chevalier responded right away. He was professional, explained the process thoroughly, and patiently answered all of my questions. Matthew offered the best price and the fastest pickup--within just four days. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition five days later! Thank you for a seamless experience from start to finish. Matthew's professionalism and excellent customer service made all the difference. Highly recommend!

They will bait and switch you for thousands of dollars. Do not trust them…read more I provided my full inventory on 8/14/2025 and signed a binding agreement the next day for a "guaranteed price" of about $8,000. On the day of the move, the crew presented a revised charge of $9,321, an increase of $1,148 over the agreed price. My items matched the inventory I had provided, and the crew loaded everything but refused to ship it until I signed and paid. With movers standing in my home and no realistic alternative on moving day, I signed with no other options. I called customer support the same day to dispute the charge. The representative was condescending, made no attempt to resolve it, blamed me for the increase, and said my only option was to pay if I wanted my belongings moved. The company claims the increase reflects items I added to my inventory. That is false. This is a bait and switch: quote a guaranteed price, then raise it on moving day when the customer has no leverage. This company will be extremely kind, caring, and responsive before you pay them. Once you pay you are on the hook.
