They very efficiently packed everything in our 2 br 2.5 bath apartment and got us packed, moved, and unloaded all in one day. Our new location was on the 3rd floor, so the unloading process was very involved, but the movers handled the multiple trips up the stairs like champs. They additionally took the time to make sure all of our items were delivered in good condition. Sam was awesome to work with! He gave me a quote based on a video call and we estimated 30 boxes total. I very much underestimated how much stuff I had hidden in the house and it was a lot more boxes. The moving crew were phenomenal! They packed that truck with as much as they could - I was amazed how much stuff they fit in the 26ft truck. They took all the heavy stuff that I couldn't move and we had to move the smaller items ourselves which was very fair as I had totally underestimated. The guys were on-time (actually a bit early). They were fast, focused and wanted to get the job done. I even had a couple of drawers of books that they courteously got boxes for (I didn't ask for it, they just did the right thing), and helped move them despite it not being in the estimate. Once in the new location, they got things down and were very attentive to where to put the items and installed them. I had some furniture that didn't fit the new location and they helped try different configuration to see if it fits.
