Wow this place is great! We came on a Sunday at 1pm and this place was busy! We checked in by writing our name on a paper pad. We were worried about the wait since the place was pretty small and we had quite a few people ahead of us, but luckily we got sat within 15 mins. Once we sat down we were greeted immediately by our server and got our drink order taken. They were very prompt and had a great attitude. Food was just as great. Everything was fresh and made to order. Eggs sausage and hash browns were FULL of flavor. I preferred my bfs pancakes over my French toast as they were much fluffier. It's a true quaint diners vibe. Small, crowded, smelt amazing and had 1950s automobile/traveling decor around. Would definitely recommend. Might want to try a weekday if you don't want to worry about a wait. read more

I am writing a 1 star review for the fact that the service was beyond appalling. The food in the past has been above average, for breakfast. The restaurant seems to be full of patrons every time I have gone. As a regular visitor there (a couple times per month) I have an expectation that I will be receiving what I pay for. I ordered my food online and saw that it would be ready in a hour for pick up. Being that I live close I left my house minutes before allotted time estimated. When arriving there was no parking so my daughter went in while i sat idly by. After over 15 minutes waiting a spot opened and I parked then proceeded inside. The restaurant was full; my daughter was standing with 2 other gentlemen waiting to be helped by the "front/counter" waitress (she was not even acknowledging us). I got her attention and asked for my order; she went to the back and came back 10 minutes later (mind you I have already been waiting 30 minutes after said time, of a hour, for my order would be ready) stating it would be another 30 minutes until it was ready. I was irritated and perturbed (another 30 minute wait would be over 2 hours waiting for breakfast!!!!) so I told the waitress forget it, cancel the order. I left hungry and angry. Some time goes by snd I get my bank statement; as im going over my statement for the month I see i was charged for an order never received from Pops!! I ordered the food through uber eats puck up option. So after that ordeal of paying from pops, getting mistreated by waitress, waiting hours for breakfast, and getting charged for it (showed me to just save my time and money, eat at home) I reached out to Pops cafe to only to be dismissed snd deferred to uber eats. After conversing with Uber eats about the situation they too refused to reimburse me. I called pops again after the uber eats conversation (such poor business practice) they, again, refused to rectify and make right, even after my regular patronage!! I will NoT allow this crappy situation to not be written about for all who want yo know. All in all Pops cafe and Uber eats lost an excellent customer and I will not be quiet about it. I am telling anyone who's about to make the same mistake of paying for nothing and being treated poorly too! If you want simple ho-hum breakfast, you could make yourself, probably better too, than this is your kinda place BuT I would implore you to keep driving or scrolling because this is NoT worthy of your time or money . read more

If it was burnt in the beginning, I wouldn't have mind waiting if they had to cook another batch rather than serve it burnt. This place is a small hole in the wall located on a strip of store fronts. Parking is kind of tight in the front but there is additional parking in the back. The place was PACKED and we went on a Tuesday around 11:30am. The wait was about 10 mins and when you arrive make sure you put your name on the list located out front next to the door. Once we were seated they gave us menus and took our orders right away. The portions were pretty big. I ordered the waffle with a side of bacon and eggs and a side of onion rings. My sister got the grilled cheese and my daughter got the kids French toast and my son got the kids cheese burger (not pictured) food was good! It was my first time trying this spot, and the only reason I decided to try it out was because of the reviews. When we got there, we actually got seated right away. I highly recommend getting there early because soon after we got there, there was a wait. It's in a little shopping center plaza located on a main street. The parking was easy. The restaurant itself looks like an old school diner, more of your local breakfast kind of place. The omelet, pancakes, and bacon were absolutely delicious. I haven't had pancakes this good in a while. The service was good. Very on it, they kept refreshing my coffee as well. Coffee is delicious and kept filled. Definately a local and family oriented spot. Portions are generous and everyone has smiles and is working hard to keep this place in motion. Docking one star due to flavor of food that was missing that "zing". Went on a Saturday morning. No wait. First time coming here. My husband had an omelette with potatoes both were very good, well seasoned. I had eggs, bacon and pancakes: bacon was nice and crispy, pancakes unfortunately had no flavor just blah, had two bites took the rest home. My daughter tried them and said the same thing before I even asked how they were. She actually spat them in the sink didn't even eat them. We love pancakes, these were just not it.
