Templer's towed my daughter's brand new truck on 11/10/25. On 11/11/25 DEF sensor light came on…read morewhich indicates it needs DEF fluid. Went to the auto parts store to get the fluid and the worker was kind enough to offer to help her add it to the truck. In doing so he remarked the fluid tank was almost full, that she probably had a faulty sensor and to get it checked out. Took it to the dealership to discover the wiring harness that controls the sensors had been ripped out and damaged. Scratches on the frame leads the service team to believe that due to the location of the harness the tow mechanism caused the damage. Called Templer's to advise and ask if they would help with the repair cost. I was told to file a case in small claims court, that there is no proof they caused the damage. No offer to share. Just go to court. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

The second which was dispatched by our insurance said he was 3-4hrs out so we cancelled him immediately. Mt Diablo was friendly and so fast with a very reasonable price! Everyone was super kind, professional, and helpful during a very stressful situation. David was awesome, safe driver, courteous, great conversation, and clearly knew what he was doing. I have a Tesla Model S which sits very low to the ground, and their flatbed tow truck had a breakaway setup specifically for low profile cars so there was no risk of scraping or ripping off the bumper. That alone gave me peace of mind. They towed me from Walnut Creek to the Antioch/Brentwood border and made the whole process smooth and stress free. You can tell this is a family owned and operated towing company that truly cares about their customers. If you need towing service for a Tesla, EV, luxury car, or any low clearance vehicle in the East Bay, I highly recommend this company. Reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely good people. I can't recommend them enough.

He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here.
