My 2012 Kia So was left 45 miles away after ubering home. I didn't even need to be with my car for them to diagnose and fix on the spot. They first came to me to get the car keys, drove 40 miles to my car, ran a diagnostic and was in great communication via text and phone calls regarding the situation. I also appreciated the fact that they were willing to try cleaning things first before jumping to the money grab. They also did a great job explaining what was going on, options and potential costs without being. Service really is guaranteed, they were willing to come out, no charge and run a diagnostic a couple days later to ease my mind about a light that came on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Do you know how to make a bad experience a good experience?…read more Hire KB towing services! We went for an evening out in Tracy, where I foolishly lost my key. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here.
