Very responsive , price was reasonable and thank goodness they were available we heard about them through word of mouth. Hopefully we won't need to use this service in the future but if anyone ever needs it we will refer them to pop a lock ! read more

We were taking my daughter out on the town for her 20th birthday party and I ended up locking my keys in the car. I got ahold of my insurance company for roadside service and the sent my claim to Pop a Lock to come help me. The app they use said they would be there in 1 hour.. we were bummed. BUT to our surprise it only took them 15 minutes to arrive. Paul Ty was very polite and got to work right away and had us in my car in less than 2 minutes. Thank you again Paul, you helped keep my daughters party alive. read more

Worst experience ever with a company. I wish I could leave negative zero stars. I called this company at 4 in the evening to come and unlock a car that's sitting in front of the valet at an area hotel(easy, right? Nope). So after waiting a little over an hour, and receiving an invoice, I finally called on the status of the locksmith. The company looked me up and asked was I in Pearl City....ummm No. Then they preceded to tell me the driver showed up and no one was at the car(a lie) so he left. When I stated I was at the car the entire time with he then said there was an issue with my phone number. To make a long story short, I had a heated exchange via text with the driver who claimed he called 3 times blaming me for him not showing up. Trash company. Do business elsewhere! And to top it all off, they charged me a no show fee. read more

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! LIARS!! I activated emergency roadside service at 1025am. I've been waiting 1.5 hours for the emergency roadside service from pop a lock. I called at 1110 they said they will be here in 20 minutes. Driver is on their way and stay by my phone he is going to call. At 1122 they put on the reminder that service was completed. I called them back at 1155am and They said..... 2 stories: First they said 'my insurance company' cancelled it. Then They said "Mr. Andrew the driver said he saw the truck and it's a tire he can't service. I have to call my insurance company and reactivate it. I said NO your driver or someone put completed and they didn't even come. I've been waiting outside the entire time." read more

I want to give a big shout out to Joe who did an awesome job tonight with my flat tire. plus he is a very nice guy. Thanks!

Totally awesome customer service, the young man who helped me was Kyle, great personality, friendly and helpful. It was so fast in less then two minutes. I highly recommend you to use them. The price is reasonable too. Not like these other companies who only want your money with bad service. I'm very pleased with their services. read more

Paul from pop-a-lock was fantastic! He called when he was 10 mins away then again when he was pulling up. He was soooo quick not to mention so polite, he asked me how my day was going even though I embarrassingly locked myself out of my car in front of my house. He was in and out in like less than 10 mins. Asked if I needed anything else I said no and that was that. Thanks again Paul!! Saved my Valentine's Day!!! read more

We lost our only key with remote at the mall. We towed our car home, called the next morning to find out how much would they charge us to program a key that I got from the dealership who would have taken a whole week to do the programming. They showed up 2 hours later as promised because they had already other clients lined up. Friendly, efficient and professional. Took him 3 minutes to program the key and he only added it in case our old turn up. Great service. read more

Unreliable. Was contracted to them through my rental car company to jump my car stuck in a garage. I was given an eta of 1 hour. I called at 45 minutes to confirm they would call on arrival so I could meet them. After almost two hours I called back. They said the driver got to the gate, saw a ticket was needed to get in and left. I was never contacted. Furthermore, they refused to send anyone else out to make it right. Poor customer service! read more

Terrible company.DONT EVER USE THEM Says 10 min away on text (after 1 hr wait) but they never came. Called them and some error. Clearly they sent text to my correct number but very uncooperative when I called for help. Says they dont have my phone number, told me to call my insurance company again so rude. Call geico 5times becuz thats how all these companies are so annoying yet when we did 3 way call to make sure that same error dont happen they wont pick up after multiple attempts. Waste of time and mental energy. NEVER USE THEM. If your insurance try to use that for you ASK For another company read more

I dont have a problem giving Paul the tech that came out, a five 5 star for being fast and courteous. As for the company, I gave extra details as soon as they called but it didn't seem to get passed on to the tech as I still had to give the same details when he called and especially knowing what he was there for. Also, I was expecting to see somebody with some kind of logo either the company or USAA on their vehicle to be easily identifiable bit this one did not have either unlike when I used road side assistance in Texas. read more

My mom & I had a blown tire and were able to make it to an empty parking lot this afternoon. Called Geico Roadside Assistance and was given an ETA of 60 minutes. Once the hour passed we called this company directly and after being on hold for a while, we were told that they were running 9 minutes behind schedule. Still no one showed up or called so we contacted Geico again and were told that we would receive a call in 10 minutes. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED AFTER WAITING AN HOUR & A HALF!!! We ended up changing the tire ourselves. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AN EMERGENCY SITUATION!!! Seeing other reviews with similar situations, Geico should look into using a different company. read more

When I locked myself out of my car, it was Pop-A-Lock that came and helped me unlock my door. Admittedly, I din't initially have a good experience. However, Pop-A-Lock was subsequently very prompt and compassionate in both listening to my concerns and with other services. Through subsequent encounters, I now believe that they truly care about their customers' satisfaction level and in assuring that said customers get the service that they require in a fair and timely manner. Moreover, I now know that they are willing to help afterwards if the service was not what was originally expected. All in all, this is a safe company to rely upon because the service will be provided and there is excellent customer service to draw upon if anything goes wrong during the transaction. read more

Some asshole broke into my car by punching a hole in both my driver-side door locks. I learned this when I got to my car at 5:00am to go to work. The passenger-side door was unlocked so I got in and drove to work. When I got there, I locked the door, got out, and closed it. It was then that I learned that the passenger-side door lock had also been punched in. I was now locked out of my car. Fortunately, I had roadside assistance coverage through my car insurance. I made arrangements to get assistance through my insurance app and Miguel from Pop-a-Lock showed up within 30 minutes. He was quick and courteous, unlocking my car in under 5 minutes. With all the crap that had happened to me, this was a load off of mind. Even if I dropped roadside assistance from my insurance premium, I would definitely use Pop-a-Lock again. read more

I found myself stuck at Ala Moana a few days ago. My car battery just decided to die officially. I of corse had no sign of a week battery. I scheduled road side service with my insurance Geico. Using Geico's app is a dream come true. Super easy. Immediately I was scheduled pop a lock as my service provider. Within 45 min or so Paul shows up. Takes all of 2 min to connect this machine to my car and it starts right up. Paul was fast, efficient and friendly. After this I headed to battery bills to purchase a new battery. Cheap but not worth it would spend the extra money. Workers are good but the boss jack is a scrub. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

It was a quiet evening at home when I received a knock on our front door. Perfect! I forgot we had a meeting with the solar panel company. Of course, one loud knock and the 3 household dogs start barking and making noise. My other half decided to place 2 of the 3 dogs in our master bedroom and I placed the last dog in the downstairs bathroom. Little did we know, the 2 dogs in the master bedroom wanted some "privacy" and locked themselves in the room. NO JOKE!! We recently purchased the house and the previous owners placed a secure door on the master bedroom. Oddly, the bedroom door lock needs a key to enter. We never noticed that until the dogs locked themselves in the room. Of course, I panicked and started call lock smiths. Literally, the first 3 companies I called do not service Ewa Beach area. So, I called Pop-A-Lock. They gave me a quote but stated that it will be more since it is after 5pm and depending on the labor. Within the hour, the serviceman was at my front door. He mentioned that if the door could be easily opened with his plastic card slider thing, he would not charge me. However, that was not the case. Lucky Me, the door was so secure that he had to go through many different tools to open the lock. 15 minutes later, my dogs were free. The guy was very polite and even mentioned that he will charge me the normal rate with no after hours fee and labor. I wish I knew his name. Great job! read more

Great service. I was at the dentist and got a call from my son that he had locked the keys in the car. I would usually drop what I am doing and go help but my mouth was full with dentist hands.
