On top of that, it was a Sunday, most every place was closed, and things were seemingly bleak because we were parked in a visitor stall, might have gotten towed, missed work, etc. Fortunately Zack was able to unlock the car, turn off the alarm (I live at a snooty condo), and create keys from scratch. We were worried that we would have needed to wait until tomorrow and pay over $200 for a microchip key but fortunately Zack thought it prudent to just try - and it worked out, saving us money and time and headache. Worst experience ever with a company. I wish I could leave negative zero stars. I called this company at 4 in the evening to come and unlock a car that's sitting in front of the valet at an area hotel(easy, right? Nope). So after waiting a little over an hour, and receiving an invoice, I finally called on the status of the locksmith. The company looked me up and asked was I in Pearl City....ummm No. Then they preceded to tell me the driver showed up and no one was at the car(a lie) so he left. When I stated I was at the car the entire time with he then said there was an issue with my phone number. To make a long story short, I had a heated exchange via text with the driver who claimed he called 3 times blaming me for him not showing up. Trash company. Do business elsewhere! Unreliable. Was contracted to them through my rental car company to jump my car stuck in a garage. I was given an eta of 1 hour. I called at 45 minutes to confirm they would call on arrival so I could meet them. After almost two hours I called back. They said the driver got to the gate, saw a ticket was needed to get in and left. I was never contacted. Furthermore, they refused to send anyone else out to make it right. Clearly they sent text to my correct number but very uncooperative when I called for help. Says they dont have my phone number, told me to call my insurance company again so rude. My mom & I had a blown tire and were able to make it to an empty parking lot this afternoon. Called Geico Roadside Assistance and was given an ETA of 60 minutes. Once the hour passed we called this company directly and after being on hold for a while, we were told that they were running 9 minutes behind schedule. Still no one showed up or called so we contacted Geico again and were told that we would receive a call in 10 minutes. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED AFTER WAITING AN HOUR & A HALF!!! We ended up changing the tire ourselves. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AN EMERGENCY SITUATION!!! However, Pop-A-Lock was subsequently very prompt and compassionate in both listening to my concerns and with other services. Through subsequent encounters, I now believe that they truly care about their customers' satisfaction level and in assuring that said customers get the service that they require in a fair and timely manner. Some asshole broke into my car by punching a hole in both my driver-side door locks. I learned this when I got to my car at 5:00am to go to work. The passenger-side door was unlocked so I got in and drove to work. When I got there, I locked the door, got out, and closed it. It was then that I learned that the passenger-side door lock had also been punched in. I was now locked out of my car. Fortunately, I had roadside assistance coverage through my car insurance. I made arrangements to get assistance through my insurance app and Miguel from Pop-a-Lock showed up within 30 minutes. He was quick and courteous, unlocking my car in under 5 minutes. I found myself stuck at Ala Moana a few days ago. My car battery just decided to die officially. I of corse had no sign of a week battery. I scheduled road side service with my insurance Geico. Using Geico's app is a dream come true. Super easy. Immediately I was scheduled pop a lock as my service provider. Within 45 min or so Paul shows up. It was a quiet evening at home when I received a knock on our front door. Perfect! I forgot we had a meeting with the solar panel company. Of course, one loud knock and the 3 household dogs start barking and making noise. My other half decided to place 2 of the 3 dogs in our master bedroom and I placed the last dog in the downstairs bathroom. Little did we know, the 2 dogs in the master bedroom wanted some "privacy" and locked themselves in the room. NO JOKE!! We recently purchased the house and the previous owners placed a secure door on the master bedroom. Oddly, the bedroom door lock needs a key to enter. We never noticed that until the dogs locked themselves in the room. Of course, I panicked and started call lock smiths. Literally, the first 3 companies I called do not service Ewa Beach area. So, I called Pop-A-Lock. They gave me a quote but stated that it will be more since it is after 5pm and depending on the labor. Within the hour, the serviceman was at my front door. He mentioned that if the door could be easily opened with his plastic card slider thing, he would not charge me. However, that was not the case. Lucky Me, the door was so secure that he had to go through many different tools to open the lock. 15 minutes later, my dogs were free. The guy was very polite and even mentioned that he will charge me the normal rate with no after hours fee and labor. I wish I knew his name. Great job! read more

I called them at 11:00 am to their dispatch person with in 30 min the tech called me back say he can do the job and will be here at 4 pm . At 3 pm he calls me back to ask me again what do I need to be done I explained it again and he remembered he talked to me earlier.
