This was the second time I used Pool Rehab and again I am extremely happy with the results. They diligently and systematically cleaned all of pool's rock and tile and removed all of the buildup. They also cleaned up all of the dust and vacuumed the pool after. The tile looks new again and the rocks look significantly better. I will definitely use them again in the future. 3/6/22 UPDATE: they called me, came back out to my house and re-cleaned our tile and it now looks great. I guess it was a product issue? Thanks for making it right Pool Rehab. That's real customer service. We had our pool tile cleaned for the first time and unfortunately I will not be recommending Pool Rehab. Our tile looked dull like there was a film on it right after being cleaned. I called about it and was told that it would wash/wipe off. It never did and the white buildup was back within a few weeks. It's a newer pool and it took a few years to get the white build up, after the tile cleaning it only took 1 month to look like it did pre-cleaning. :( It was a total waste of money, now our tile is dull and has calcium build up. But Drake was nice. read more

I have been looking for years to have my 19 year old koi pond revive. Pool Rehab normally does pools but they stepped up to work on my pond and make it look amazing! They used hydraulic cement to fill up the large cracks on my faux rocks and also created a little dam for overflow areas. Afterwards, they airbrushed the pond to realistically enhance the rock feature beautifully!! From my initial contact with Angela and planning with Jeremy, to the work done by Kyle and Drake, each step was pleasant, smooth, and professional. They listened to my concerns and promptly and honestly addressed them in a timely manner. I highly recommend them! Thanks Pool Rehab team! You guys have a very happy customer! read more

These guys did a great job on our pool and at a reasonable cost. I was a bit apprehensive about their work as their price about 1/2 what my pool man wanted. He tried to get me to completely retile the pool, but as you see it was not necessary. read more

I submitted a request for a quote via the website, received a text message asking for what I specifically wanted done and to send pictures of the pool for an estimate. I received an estimate same day as promised and the service was booked for the following week. Estimate was below what we had originally anticipated. I was updated when they were running late on the day of service (compressor had gone out- unexpectedly) but they assured that they would still be able to complete the work and they did. Took care to clean up their mess, and we received numerous updates along the way. If your pool tiles need a little help and you want to restore the look of them- this is the way to go! I will definitely contact them in the future for our pool rehab needs! read more

As a repeat customer, Jeremy explained their process in complete detail. Once the appointment had arrived, Leo spent two full days working on my pool, which including draining, sandblasting, and finally painting. Leo is an artist, who understands how base primer colors affect his top coat color. He is systematic, doesn't miss a step, and works with the customers until the customers satisfactions are met. My sun bleached, drab rocks are now realistic looking and ready for this upcoming summer. I appreciate Jeremy and Leo for their attention to detail, and also appreciate their "Can do" attitude. read more

My pool rocks were overdo for repainting and after doing some research I decided to go with Pool Rehab. From the get-go Jeremy was great about communicating. He returned e-mails, text messages, and came out in person to give me an estimate and set up a date. All of my communication with Jeremy was easy and pleasant. Kyle was the artist who came out to prep and paint the rocks. He worked really hard in 90 degree weather over the course of 2 days and the pool looks fabulous. It's been close to 2 weeks since the work was completed and we're very happy with it. I'd definitely recommend this company. read more

Never buy a pumice stone again. Realizing that it would be the year 2099 before we finished removing the calcium buildup from our pool we decided to hire the professionals. Pool Rehab was recommended to us by the guy that did our deck mastic. I'm glad we called Pool Rehab. Jeremy was very thorough in providing our quote, which included some tiles in the spa which needed regrouting. Once we agreed to the quote they were very good at communications. They confirmed the date, called and texted to confirm their arrival. Gabe and Leo were wonderful and left our pool looking like new in less than four hours. I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting their tile cleaned right, at a fair price and completed on time. completed on time. read more

You can definitely get some calcium build up from the water out here in Rancho Mirage. Especially if the prior owners of the home never looked to keep the tile clean. I checked YELP and I came up with two names. I called this company from Riverside because they service this area. They also quoted me a price better than my own pool guy was offering. They showed up and efficiently handled the task at hand. The tiles look brand new and they cleaned up after themselves including the street runoff which is important in a gated community. The lead worker was young but he was knowledgable with excellent customer service skills. I would HIGHLY recommend them and I will use them in the future if this need arises again. read more

Very disappointed in Pool Rehab. About 8 months ago they came out quoted a very small job painting my pool rocks, in fact so small I had to pay their minimum charge, and now the paint is chipping. I called and spoke to Kyle, whom I believe is the owner, about how to move forward. He started telling how the concrete was deteriorating and their is nothing they can do. My rub with Kyle is he never told me this could happen. Kyle of course claims he did. I'm pretty sure I'd remember before I paid $400 something dollars, their minimum. I feel like a I paid a lot of money, these guys are not inexpensive, to be dismissed with no offer to make it right. Kyle said I'd have to pay them again to redo the rocks. I don't think so. I'll call someone else.....and so should you. read more

Pool Rehab did an amazing job! Our pool, which had broken tiles and algae, now looks like new thanks to re-tiling and acid wash by these guys. Very efficient and professional crew! Reasonably priced, too. These guys are very pleasant to deal with, hardworking, patiently addresses questions and concerns, and quick. Thanks again to an amazing crew: Gabe, Jeremy, Mike, Kyle and Tyler! Highly recommend! (See before and after photos. Compare milky green water in Before photos to crystal green after acid wash. Note that greenish-hued water in After photos is due to tan-colored pebbletec and has nothing to do with algae.) read more
