He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!

My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather. Dan was super helpful to steer us to what would best fit our yard (we have a slope) and to make it work with power lines, etc. Other companies were quick to say "no" and saw our yard as a liability and too difficult to work with or too small a project. Crew were more than hard working - and eager to get the pool done for my family to enjoy during the final days of summer. When you walk in you can get a free bag of popcorn, and it's tasty, not salty. I got popcorn on the way out and ate it in the car. Coffee is there for a few bits. Then, grab a cart and get lost in the aisles. I picked up a dozen suet squares for my bird feeder for $6.49. My friend got 40 lbs. of Diamond dog food for $27.99. Some prices were amazing, and we saw some unusual things, and some hard to find items. If you see a Rural King, stop in.
