In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. I gave this business thousands- all regrettable life lessons learned. They lie to you. Sleaze their way into you paying up, with them delivering wrong information and extremely poor work. They even lied they showed up to my house, when cameras show no one in sight for hours. I did pool liner with them: started coming off and they blamed anything they possibly can (water itself, the liner they themselves installed, and, the funniest one, the last installer which was them). When they ask you who did the last work- say a competing business or you forgot, and watch how quickly they point out all the wrong things done even they're the ones that did it. Their warranty is bogus but they're smart about avoiding any actually quality work and follow up. Schedule will keep extending. Dates will keep changing. People will show up for 30-45 min and scam you. They'll make problems much bigger so they can come back and take more money. They don't believe your photos, videos, or what you are seeing in your own home. They always follow their made-up delusions. The people who make the decisions and you give your money mostly to are not the people who do the job, nor do they show up to see anything. You'll find an extremely rude, unprofessional, and liar of a person named Darlene working you through the phone. The mostly behind the curtain guy is Dan- he will talk his 30 years of experience with you to get you to believe, and of course take your money. You will lose your money. You will face more problems in your pool and system than you started with. You will be lied to. You will regret your decision to worth with these slimy people. Go elsewhere. Do it yourself. Order online. Anything but conduct business with this company of liars and deceivers. You work hard, so take it easy and give your money and time to a more deserving business. Monarch is not it.

For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

I would continue to drop in regularly to pick up parts, chemicals and accessories. Fast forward to last year. A tree fell on my pool and wiped it out. I filed a claim with insurance but I no longer had the receipt. The adjuster said he would call Tucci Brothers to get an idea for the depreciated value. Which probably wouldn't have been much. However, when he called they said that they had no record of me being a customer. I thought that was strange given every time I made a purchase over the years they would bring my account up on the computer. So I took a drive down to the shop and spoke to the manager. He looked in the system and said "you're not in here". I asked if there was a possibility I was accidentally deleted. He abruptly said "nope". "If you bought your pool from us you would be in the system". Then he asked "are you sure you bought it here". I said absolutely. He then dismissively said "I don't think so" while looking me straight in the eye. This establishment has so much to offer its customers in terms of home products at such affordable prices. I like to say this brand is very similar to how Marshall's and TJ Maxx are, but is a bit more luxurious. Since the selection is always changing, it's the best bet to grab it while it lasts, as one could always return it if not needed. Quality is always amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the stores are well-organized and easy to navigate. And their seasonal selection is always on point, so we can recommend this place.
