When I asked Joe what chemicals they put in the pool he said "8 pounds of shock" and said that I should run it for a couple of days. He also suggested that we get a new pump and left. When I called customer service (it was posted on website Sat. hours till 2PM) to speak to Tony, I got his brother who was rather nasty with me and said that he was "out the door" to do personal errands before heading down to the shore house and that Tony was already there. He said that he was "the landscaper guy" not the "pool guy" and couldn't answer my questions. So, I e-mailed Tony, the owner. He said that he called me back, but I didn't answer. So. I called him today. When I spoke to him and simply asked him what chemicals they put in the pool he was very nasty and asked me how long I had the pool. I told him a while and he responded "You've had your pool for like 20yrs and you don't know what chemicals go into it"... and... "I'm sick of customers asking me so many questions about their pools...it's not my job to "school" them on it" !! SERIOUSLY!!! Silly me, I thought that's what a pool service did, took care of my pool and educated me on how to maintain it!! I would never use this company again and suggest you don't either!!!A

The space looked like it was beyond help. We interviewed a few companies that do hardscaping, and always with each person, you feel Ike you're talking to a snake oil salesman. Then I met the owners of Tribeca. From the moment I met Nertil, I knew he was incredibly honest and sincere. Even if he were to be the most expensive company (which he wasn't) this was who we were going with. It's a very small, but very productive crew - they were able to lower the ground in the back of the house to give us more of a ceiling. Hot tub placed perfectly - I requested a double sided fireplace (not a fire pit) and the did an incredible job. We can see it from the hot tub, or in seating on the other side. The pavers came out GORGEOUS! So gorgeous that the company that makes them came over for a photo shoot for their catalogue (I'm still waiting for the photos). Tribeca was also able to install an entire L shaped cooking area with a grill, ice maker, sink, fridge etc... of course with the help of our plumber and electrician. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the finished product. ..... make your appointments now for the spring!

They did an amazing job and we are very happy. The work crew were experienced and professional. The Accurate rep, Rob, was available throughout the process. He was very accessible and responsive. When you called him, he either answered or called back right away (which is very rare amongst tradesmen).
