Hello! You don’t have to because we make it fresh everyday, but it would be better to order it just in case we sell out.

Polynesian foods from which countries (specifically)? Samoan, Fijian or? I know there are many overlaps but am wondering regional specialties are available.

Besides a few missing condiments to go with the oysters, the food was great up to this point. But, it was now over 40 minutes since our apps and the 2nd course (pasta) was no where to be found, better ask again. Another flag down. Both pastas came out about 5 minutes later having clearly just been cooked and both were underwhelming. There was mention of Italian sausage as a listed ingredient but as a Sicilian I can tell you, please don't bother listing this ingredient, it was microscopic at best. Another suprise came when the check hit the table and we had to inform the server we hadn't even received our entrees. It made sense though because even though we ordered around 720, it was now almost 9pm and they were closing. By the time the entrees came out (3 minutes before 9) the pace had been so slow we were just so annoyed we wanted to go home. We actually had to cancel the plans we had after dinner because it was getting too late. Honestly, the worst part was that there was no way they didn't know how long service was taking and there wasn't a single person that even said, "we're so sorry about the wait". We honestly understand things happen, but to completely pretend it's normal and not acknowledge that we had to keep asking about our food.... I mean, that just makes us feel like we chose the wrong spot because we clearly weren't that important.

When I pointed toward a container to clarify, she snapped at me with attitude, "No, that's a wine glass," even though I wasn't pointing anywhere near it. To make matters worse, a single to-go drink is over $20--at that price, I'd rather just buy a whole bottle.

It was overwhelmingly sweet and overpriced for what we received. We were hoping for layers of flavor and nostalgia but got a sugar rush that could probably power a small city. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is one of the biggest drivers of customer retention. Great products can bring people in once, but great service brings them back. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both. The good news? These issues are fixable. A little more warmth, engagement, and hospitality would go a long way. Until then, we'll continue our search for our next favorite halo-halo spot.

Aside from the pan de sal, they also have the best lumpiang gulay (vegetable eggrolls) in town -- perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. Definitely one of my absolute favorite bakeries in Carson. Met TUPU who was behind the counter & also cooks the dishes there as well. they did a great job with the decor , it's modern quaint & CLEAN. if there's one thing a food establishment must have : cleanliness ..around the food trays, counters, refrigerators, etc.. and you can tell the great care & love that's showcased here It is buffet-style, serve yourself , easy access to different sizes & styles of food containers depending on your preference as this is very convenient & efficient! The food is sold by weight, they charge by the pound, sorry i don't even know what the price per lb is.. haha food is fresh & plenty of it.. there is a variety of dishes and what we got was: Sosisi, pisupo luau, pilikaki (theBEST) fa'i, kalo, sapasui which all tasted great! My friend gave me a meat pie from Poly Grill & Bakery and it was so good, I had to try their food. The ambience is cozy and inviting. The staff is even more friendly and welcoming. I told the server that it was my first time there and she patiently answered my questions and told me about each dish. From the corner of my eye, I noticed a man behind the counter smiling as he watched me salivating over the food. He further described some of the dishes and made me even hungrier. My only complaint is that they ran out of the meat pies. But that's understandable given how good they are. I took my food back to the office to eat. I had the corned beef, lamb stir fry, roasted pork, mackerel, palusami, and chop suey. I couldn't single out any one dish since they were all delicious!
